The staff was lovely and so hospitable, even opening up the outdoor heated pool area early when they saw we were swimming inside. The pools / playground / garden area /indoor play room is ideal for a stress-free break with the kids. Breakfast and dinner both really nice. Comfy beds. Awesome views. We wouldn't change a thing. Usually we don't revisit hotels, because they are rarely perfect, and it's more fun to keep exploring, but this is an exception. We will come back.

Actually nothing. It would be nice to provide shower gel and shampoo for the guests. Other wise you can use the liquid soap which is here or be prepared and bring you own.

This is a nice hotel that is definitely good value for its money.

I didn’t appreciate that I wasn’t able to have breakfast nor dinner at a table of my choosing. I was relocated twice even after having already put all my food on the table which made me feel uncomfortable

The chalet was huge with many spacious rooms and facilities for a peaceful stay. It can accommodate 3 families easily providing enough space on the terrace or in dining room around the huge table. Location is perfect - it is not far away from downtown and from the nature. Sauna was also great. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We build plans to visit this chalet once more cause we would like to compare our experience with another season of the year.

First of all, I am very thankful that I chose Hotel Lerch for your ski holiday. The position of the hotel is no doubt great. It takes just a few minutes to get to Skibus Station. The journey to Alpendorf takes up to ten minutes. The meal was incredible. I have no complaints about service.

But unfortunately, not everything was great. I was surprised by the room's equipment. I expected something suitable from the four-star hotel. The room's equipment was very simple. I missed some basic things necessary for a smooth stay. I missed, for example, an ordinary hand soap, further cups. We didn't have any cups in our room. I traveled with my 7-year-old daughter. But sometimes an adult person is thirsty. I missed further an electric kettle, too. I shouldn't forget to write a drying rack for clothes. You return after ski day, and you don't have any chance to dry your clothes. Please see an attachment. We all know some people don’t know the rules of having a sauna. It was hard to accept that people were wearing swimming dresses in a sauna. On the other side, the hotel didn't offer sauna sheets. In the end, the hotel is a great choice. For 100%. Please don't read this review as criticism. This is a chance to improve a hotel service.

How clean it was. The food was amazing

The sound of the road next to Hotel. We were on the corner so the evening traffic took a bit of getting used to, however everything else made up for our stay so don't let it put you off.

Everything was excellent. The Staff is something exceptional, very friendly and polite, amazing experience. Just the sofa-bed is a little bit hard.

The breakfast was very good. The beds are comfortable. Saunas are pleasant. Close to hotel start very interesting walking tours. There are two swimming pools. The rooms are spacy.

Hotel for families with kids! Term pool with view on mountains, outside pool, playground, little farm for kids. Great spot to stop in any time!

Perfect for a family holiday! Best part of the hotel is playground, swimming pool and the animals. Kids loved it there so much that they didn’t want to leave!

Hotel at this price not even having slippers in the room. Only two bathrobes in a room booked by four. Mold on the ceiling of the room. Room service not attending every day. Staff member in restaurant teaching guest how to use silverware. Staff in restaurant not bothering to offer coffee with breakfast. Pool/wellness hours very limited, overlapping dinner time and not available after 7pm. Laundy laying in the walkways most of the day. Staff member in restaurant emphasizing "but your cappuccino will cost extra" - like what's the problem? The food on the dinner menu is not always very good.

The food was fantastic and all the personal very attentive. Even if the hotel is situated near a road the windows, when closed, do a good job and therefore you do not have to worry of the noise. The room was just spectacular,
