Hotel Tiefenbrunner

Location of the hotel was great and the breakfast was very good. Sauna was nice after skiing. Also, the ski room was very nice to allow the skis to dry after a day on the slopes.

The staff was very friendly The newer rooms were nice size. You can walk out to any restaurant or shops Great location

The breakfast was alright and also the location in the middle of the city is not bad for starting tours, visit the area, etc.

The rooms are quite old-school and even after we upgraded our room I felt like staying in an outdated hotel. The room had a window directly to the Main Street of Kitzbühel. It was so loud every night and as the room did not had a real AC or anything, we had to sleep with the window open and hear people scream and scour during the nights. Was not very relaxing.

Loved everything

This our second trip to Kitzbuhel and first time at this hotel. It was absolutely wonderful in every way. The perfect location for skiing and walking around town, delicious breakfast every morning and a great half-board dinner option every evening. The staff feels like family and you can tell how hard they work to provide a lovely experience. The sauna is great for couples looking to relax and the pool area is perfect for those traveling with kids.

Ski room is small and has very few places for snowboards.No jacuzzi and saunas are not always hot enough.

RECEPTION staff Excellent /helpful and genuinely interested BREAKFAST -good standard /variety and very pleasant table service to bring CoffeeROOM -cosy and good bed SHOWER -always good/hotTV in Dining Room at Breakfast in the morning had Piste Camera and Weather on HOTEL had a Daily Briefing sheet that was very well received -Weather/Activities/Staff profiles POOL/SPA -Good -although the Pool Temperature was slightly 'cool'

BREAKFAST whilst it says 0700 -the cooked items some days were c0730 -but not a great issue as there were cold buffet to begin whilst waiting

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The ambience was delightful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. The breakfast was truly five-star, and the dinner in the restaurant exceeded all expectations with exceptional flavors and presentation. I’m already looking forward to my next visit in March!

Location, service, spa and pool, breakfast , hotel restaurant.

The room had a beautiful view. The hours of sleeping are typical due to proximaty of a church which bells ring at 21:00 and again at 06:30. But that worked with my schedule and the charm. It was small, but I didn't need any more room as a solo traveler. Sometimes it feels wasteful when I am in a huge room by myself. This room was very cozy. The breakfast was delicious and location was 5 star. The restaurant that was in the hotel was delicious as well. I would stay here again or recommend it for sure.

Booked 2 nights to stay on the same day. Pleased to have found an hotel in a great location. Front desk staff very helpful. Small but good indoor pool.

Junior suite - room was large but on the 4th floor under the roof. Weather was really hot - and with no air conditioning the room was like an oven. Also there was no shower - just a bathtub - difficult to get in and out for us (no longer young folks). Reception gave us a fan - but it was really noisy. So sleeping was difficult. We asked to change rooms and the front desk was really helpful and gave us a room with a shower for the second night. Front desk staff very pleasant. However we had an altercation with a waitress- we tried to have something to eat in their restaurant terrace around 8.30pm. We were told that we couldn’t order anything as they had 100 people inside. I commented that we were staying in the hotel and that this was unfriendly. As we went to go to our room she came after us and had a rant at me - most unprofessional towards a hotel guest.

No water in the room No shower- only a bath with a hand held attachment….. trying to kneel in the bath to use the shower was not fun! Parking area very small The church bells could be annoying to some especially when it’s so hot in the room we had to have all the windows wide open

Very good location, nice breakfast and friendly service at the reception & breakfast room. Sauna area for adults was pleasant after the day on the slopes. Room temperature very very warm (for many it could have been too hot).

Pool temperature rather cold. No conditioner in the room (by request I was able to have some) & powerless hairdryer. On a sunny afternoon when there was plenty crowd at the hotel restaurant terrace the service was surprisingly rude. But after almost shouting at us at entrance the waiter handled well the situation when we reported a sharp piece of plastic in one of the icecream portions.

Breakfast, room and location were great

I had a very stong allergic reaction from the bed. My entire body was red and itchy. Something is wrong with your bed.

I loved my stay at Hotel Tiefenbrunner! Wonderful staff, beautiful property, comfortable and clean. Great amenities (spa, massage, pool, saunas). Convenient location that made it very easy to walk to the gondola in ski boots.

Only thing I would have liked was an indoor lock on the bedroom door. There wasn’t one which is something I appreciate having, especially as a solo traveller.

Comfortable room with a nice view of the mountains. Right in the heart of the pedestrian center adjacent to Golden Jams restaurant which is delicious.

Very noisy, do not stay in one of the front facing rooms. The staff, especially in the bar were unhelpful and service was terrible. Pool area was cold

Great hotel all around. Superb spa and pool area, quiet saunas and enjoyable pool with very good water - no itchy eyes, even for our little one. Hearty breakfast, great service. Do go for the half-pension, the dinners are a treat and great value for money. Service is personal and friendly, very much appreciated.
