The heater was on for the entire hotel , even if i switch it off the rooms were very hot and when I open the windows very noisy since I was in the first floor , couldn’t get quality sleep

Small size rooms, blaring music from Zuma restaurant, rooms looked like hostel rooms, not luxurious at all, definitely waste of money

Nicely decorated and very good location in the centre of Kitzbuhel.

Over priced for quality, rooms are too hot and it’s too complicated to control. Ended up having windows open and then it was noisy. Spa pool temperature felt cold due to the whole hotel being a sauna! Zuma take over the bar and restaurant on the evenings making it difficult to just have a quiet drink at the hotel.

Location is excellent as are the facilities - ski lockers, pool / spa, common areas.

Zuma restaurant dominates the hotel. Wait staff are average, lacking training (or perhaps undermanned). Concierge / shuttle staff the exception - they were excellent. Cleaning standards leave a lot to be desired.

the lobby is " the Zuma Restaurant", so there is no other option for Hotelguests, and in the evening, almost no more lobby.we ate at Zuma, but you have to make the reservation much much earlier before your stay. Otherwise, you will not get a table.. So, all the other nights, we had to go somewhere else .Also, the sauna is very small And no view - our room was at the back of the hotel so we looked at other houses

Rooms were pretty hot in temperature.

Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Everything you could want. Staff fantasticGreat range of hot options expertly cooked and buffet with pretty much everything - all exceptional quality.

Our room was a bit tucked away - but other than that nothing to complain about.

The worst hotel in Kitzbuhel. The room did not look like the pictures. It was a dark little hole that opened onto a concrete wall about a metre from the door. The hotel had no proper lobby to sit out in the evenings. Breakfast was incredibly marginal and of poor quality: wilted vegetables and mouldy fruit. The pancakes were dry and tasteless. Nothing in the omelette although we asked for mushrooms. The manager argued loudly with his subordinate in front of us during breakfast that his shirt smelt. The manager at the reception was disrespectful, raised his voice when we pointed out that the website did not show the amount for the dog, to which he said first 30 euros and then 40 euros. The room service is a joke, hardly any food, an empty salad was 18 euro and they asked for another 20 euro because it was brought to the room so 38 euro for a small salad. I would not recommend it to anyone, I am sorry I did not read the reviews but I thought Kitzbühel had a high standard in general but unfortunately not. This hotel, especially the hotel management is below criticism. It is very sad that people's planned holidays are so carelessly disregarded.

Breakfast is amazing and the service at Breakfast is great

This is not a 5 star hotel. Is an old hotel that renovated their rooms, the Spa is super old and an absolute no go Our room was extremely cold and no one told us they can get a heater. Next day I insisted they change our room and they did but then it was too hot. We didn't rest during the nights at all. The beds have 3 star pillows bed sheets and they never told us that the bedding won't be changed unless you ask so for 5 days we had no fresh bedsheets in a very expensive hotel. Definitely no value for money at all. We stayed in other places in Kitzbuhel that are far better and half price.

Breakfast was amazing - great selection of fresh fruits and berries. Amazing breakfast staff working.

No diners included so we had to last minute search for restaurants for each night...Also really uncomfortable mattresses :(..

Service was very thoughtful. All the staff was ready to assist and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and with many options. Hotel location is perfect, you can walk everywhere. Jr Suite was big and confortable.

Our Jr Suite was very far away from the lobby, we had to walk a long distance inside the hotel and use a lot of stairs. It was ok for us, but for eldery people or couples with small kids would be tough. The temperature inside the hotel was extremely hot, very unconfortable for winter clothes and skiing clothes. For a skiing location should have more assistence with skiing equipments. For a 5 stars hotel, some help with carrying equipments into shuttle is expected. We had to carry and store everything ourselves.

Все. We turned to the hotel staff with one request, well, even this one request the hotel could not satisfy. The hotel management showed their disrespect towards us. As I understand it, for the management of this hotel, the main thing is what is written on paper, and human relations, humane principles and concepts are of secondary importance.

my room was at the first floor but they closed the view with pot plant and ceiling was low That’s why room was little claustrophobic.

Too far from our ski lessons so we had to take a taxi everyday.
