HENRI Hotel Kitzbühel

This was truly a home away from home in Kitzbühel! We loved the facilities which really made us feel like we could spread out as a family and have our friends join us too. The room was great and so was the spa.

It is a short 10 minute walk along the charming river from town and there is a train for one stop, but if you want to be in the middle of things this is not the place for you.

Very clean. Breakfast is good.

Two rooms assigned to us are not equipped with shower heads. Although we survived with taking the bath only.

Central, a few steps to the train station.Wonderful view from my room. Good fitness center, sauna.A lot is self service, but that is OK.

The rooms smell is catastrophy. You cant sleep. Think it was because of heating from sun. Personaly, thinkYou can afford your self better hotel in kitzbuhel.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised at some of the free amenities (help yourself to snacks in the afternoon) and it had the best shower of all the hotels we stayed in on our trip!

We have no complaints!

Had the most amazing, peaceful, comfortable stay here. The staff was amazing and helpful, our room next to the river was so beautiful. Breakfast and snacks included every day, plus a pool and sauna. This place is the best!!!

Noise from train station

The staff were so accommodating and let me check in super early at 11 am. So nice to be able to freshen up and drop off my bags before heading out to explore. This place is a gem ?.

If I may say the floors were making some noise while walking in the room.

Everything was amazing. Located right across the main train station in Kitzbuhel. Room was spacious with a spectacular view of the river. Our room was 221. Cleanliness was A+.All the hotel employees were very friendly and welcoming. Food included was spectacular. The breakfast had everything you could imagine and more, top quality. There was also included with the stay a “snack/late lunch/happy hour” from 5-7pm I believe and they had cheeses, hams, breads etc… There is an indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room, all amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Breakfast was very good. Location near the train station was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very neat.

The payment process ran into trouble. The card machine was declined on all cards. I went and drew out money to settle. up. Bank was close by!!!

The hotel is in a wonderful location, just a short walk to the city, and the train to the main ski station is right across – a huge convenience. It’s a cozy boutique hotel with very friendly service. Delicious breakfasts and afternoon snacks. The spa is very nice – exceptionally large, clean saunas, and a pool. Comfortable beds and rooms, and the temperature in the hotel is perfect.

Perfect location for skiing- next to train station which then takes 2 mins to main ski gondola!

The hotel was very nice and everything in good condition. Room was spacious and the breakfast was very delicious.

The location was not in the historical centre.

This was such a nice hotel to come home to after a long day of skiing. The sauna was relaxing and the breakfast selection was lovely. Quick train ride down to the main gondola was super easy to use, staff were so helpful also

Everything was just great, room was spacious, staff is super friendly, breakfast and snacks in the evening - delicious! Great location as well - close to the station that brings you to the ski lift in 2 minutes. Even though station was literally next door - we didn't have any problems with noise. Also, view was soooo nice - we were looking at both mountains and small river.

Very good location if you access the hotel on train since it’s just to the train station. You need to have 10-15 mins walk to visiting points or ski area. Breakfast is good and staffs are exceptional helpful.
