Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, and convenient ski room. Nice smelling soap/ shampoo/ conditioner. The staff really were standout… always smiling, always looking out to help, and were solution oriented! They even surprised me with a little cake to celebrate my birthday!

Was quite warm everywhere in the hotel, especially in the breakfast room. Would recommend lowering the temp a bit as it was quite hot (and I’m normally someone who runs cold). Towels were quite thin.

For $675 a night I would expect queen or king beds, but instead you get split beds and individual blankets. No temperature regulation in room (very dry and hot). we could not do laundry in the hotel and had to go outside for that.The ski raum smells bad.Also we had the hotel arrange a taxi for us, and we had to walk 12 minutes to the taxi stand, we don’t understand why they couldn’t pick us up near the hotel.

Staff so helpful and friendly, location perfect, cozy accommodation, convenient and delicious fresh breakfast.

Rooms and lobby too hot.

The hotel was everything you could ask for and more. It’s in an exceptional location, center of town and 3-5 minute walk to the gondola/main lift & local train station. The breakfast is incredible so I’d recommend opting for the breakfast. The spa area, equipped with sauna, steam room, and showers, were the perfect post ski treat. The service was incredible ! Maria and Paul went above and beyond to make our stay extra comfortable and special. Needless to say, we were sad to leave.

Air conditioning would have helped, but they were kind enough to give us a small fan

I was holding my parking was reserved but it hadn't which led me to have to park elsewhere.

The breakfast was excellent. A lot of choices, great food.

The rooms got a little hot, we had to sleep with the window open.

Perfect location with a beautiful view ! Andrea was incredible!! From the time we walked into the hotel until we left, she was genuinely the nicest person I’ve ever met. All of the staff were amazing and so accommodating! Rooms are so unique with amazing views and such a close walk to the gondolas. Loved it!

Traditional Austrian style.Rooms were spacious and comfortably furnished.

There is no hotel restaurant but the hotel links to an excellent restaurant next door- there is a connecting door-!

Great hotel, lovely Austrian Alps atmosphere. 4 min walk to lift (easy). Centrally located to the bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff. excellent breakfast. Our room was very large, with a balcony and sitting area. Would definitely return.

Sauna was small, ski room smelled like ass.

The location is very nice. The hotel is close to the centre and ski area. Also the staff is really friendly and they are always interested in whatever we want.

The property is old. And there is np facilities such as lobby, pool, fitness and spa area. The hotels decoration is very old fashion but Australian. Since there isnt lobby area, we need to be always in the room or outside after skiing.

Truly one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed! The staff were so lovely and thoughtful, and the room was beautiful. I’m a young solo female traveler and I was there on Christmas Eve, and one of the staff offered to come over and chat with me during breakfast so that I wouldn’t be alone on Christmas. 10/10 service.

Reasonable close to main lift. Staff were exceptional - friendly and knowledgeable.

Pillows were cheap and flat. They could have better spa facilities.

Very nicely redone hotel originally built in the 1200s. Great breakfast and courteous staff. Very nice sauna on site.
