Loved the property. Great staff and beautiful location.

Much easier if you have a car but taxis are available

The site and views are fab. The outdoor swimming is amazing. Beautifully room. Very spacious. The balcony at all hours of the day. The spa and sauna. Very regenerative.

The nicest, most accommodating staff. The rooms are spotless, quiet and comfortable. The view is breathtaking and location is convenient to many tourist attractions in the area.

I don’t have anything negative to say, I hope I can return some day.

Great location, beautiful room. Upon arrival, they upgraded us to a better room than the one we reserved. Everyone is very friendly, the food is good.

Very nice hotel! Great views from the balcony, nice area to have a drink after getting in rather late. It was very nice to have that option, as it's not within walking distance for anywhere else to have a drink. The girls who work there are extremely welcoming and friendly, and spoke good English which was great. The room was very comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was amazing, coffee good.

That the spa had short hours and we could not benefit from it either the day we arrived or early in the morning before we left at 10.

The hotel was wonderful. The room was large and modern, with a balcony to the beautiful mountains. Spacious shower, comfortable bed. The indoor swimming pool was fantastic. Food was good and portions generous. Highly recommended!

The pool was great. Location really good. Half board dinners were also very good and amazing value.

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel grounds and clean, spacious rooms in a new building. The breakfasts were monotonous, but delicious. Guest cards for cheaper parking were very useful for us.

We didn't like a few things:1) the spa area (pool) was only open until 19:00. It would be very nice if it would be open at least until 21:00, so that after walking in the mountains you can still have time to go to the spa; 2) the sauna was open only from 14:00, it was not convenient in terms of planning the day and unfortunately we did not have a single opportunity to get there;3) the restaurant with dinners was open until 19:00, so we had to have dinner somewhere in the city ?; 4) check-out and breakfast until 10:00. It would be great if the check-out from the hotel would be extended at least until 12:00 in order to have time to have a quiet breakfast and pack your baggage.

Location was nice

No water kettle in the room. Spa closes at 7pm. Restaurant open at 7:30pm, closed on Sunday. Massage and spa treatments available only if booked ahead of the stay.

Wellness facilities close too early, the food is not quality at all and the reception isnt 24-7

Very Good Breakfast and Price Value Ratio, having electric car charging exceeded our expectation, Pool and Sauna is Superb.

If possible, Sauna longer opening hours at least until 9pm.

the breakfast is great. the staff are nice and helpful. the room is spacious, quiet and tidy. i would say this is a super nice hotel.

well there isn't anything i dont like. but if i have to say, maybe the location is not that convenient for everyone as driving seems the only way to get to the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a pool, sauna and spa - Also very nice. The breakfast was good and the room was very clean!

Unfortunately, the pool/sauna etc closes at 7pm so we could never go after we got back from our homes which was quite disappointing. There is a construction room site at the entrance, but besides the all was great!

The staff at breakfast were very attentive and the food was of a good variety. I thank them for the friendly service.

The staff for dinner gave very poor service. It took forever to finaly get noticed to place my dinner order.When finished I skipped out the desert as I was rired of waiting for it too. It is a shame that they do not followthe same efficiency, professionalism and friendliness of the morning staff.
