Pros +
- Cleanliness and food
- Very affordable accommodation in a lovely area of the world, with scrumptious breakfast included, very nice facilities and friendly people. The place was absolutely *swarming* with kids, which can be seen as good or bad depending on what one expects, but the hostel was very well equipped to deal with this and had many things for kids to do (and even some movie night). The "teacher's room" with separate small kitchen and fridge was very much appreciated.
- Got a bigger room than expected, so that was nice. Room was nice, clean and warm. Since it was located in the furthest corner of the house, there was no wifi available.. The breakfast was good, had all the basics necessary!
Cons -
- Bus Connectivity
- Generally I was quite happy, but two things that the place might consider when next they have a budget for renovations. First, the windows are really really leaky (it happened to be quite cold and lots of cold drafts and hoarfrost was on the windows); I fear they need complete replacement. Secondly, at least in my room (01.04) it would really help if the door were hung the other way around; as it was one basically bumps into the wardrobe and bed when one comes in (whereas the other way around there would be space near the wash basin).
- Wasn't full coverage for wifi in the house. Also bought the membership, even though you could pay just a little bit extra for the stay if you don't have it..

No wifi in the roomsExpensive membership feeDorm room don’t lock, anyone can walk in
- breakfast - many toilets and shower - clean and quiet
- long and tiring check-in process for just one night - all the extra fees to pay at the place after already paying on booking especially the membership for this club that I don't care about and for just one night! - bed not prepared - no electric socket to charge the phone next to the bed
Clean, comfortable, and great staff
My only issue was that the room where I was told they had a laundry facility was locked
Room and bed were clean and the breakfast was awesome. The kind of food was various, we could also have our lunch pack from the buffet for the hiking. Priceworthy!
Need to pay 1 euro for hair dryer.
I do not recommend this hotel at all. The room had a terrible smell, it was very noisy and we couldn’t sleep. On top of that, it was not clean. Overall, a very bad experience.
Very clean and the staff are really sweet. Nice atmosphere overall.
The location is a 30 minute walk from the city center and no bus takes us from the hostel to the city center. It’s also a bit of a hike to go up and down on foot. Power outlets are very limited in the room and not available near beds, so we struggled to charge our phones.
Amazing view from the room. Toilet and room is clean and there's breakfast included. Really nice stay
There's no cooking stove for us to cook. Although they have microwave and kettle. The hike from the roadside up to the hostel, very very steep hike.
Very welcoming receptionist Mr Alexander. Nice and not so expensive place to stay.
I liked the value for money that was really exceptional for the location provided. The room and the facitlites were clean and well taken care of. We were content especially how quiet the surroundings are and how much space there was in the rooms.
If you want a lot of choice at the breakfast then you need to be there early otherwise they will run out of things.
No AC...
So many kids running around in the am, woke us up early playing basketball in the room above us, then knocking on our walls. No air conditioning, no towels, you have to make your own bed, and take all bedding to the cellar the next mornjng. We only stayed one night, so all this extra work and noise meant I couldn't get enough sleep and was very tired after one night in this place. Go somewhere else!
Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly Everything was clean. Location is perfect and you have a wonderful view of the mountains.
The plugpoints in the room were very few and randomly placed which made it very difficult to recharge phones
It felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Can’t really say anything more, incredible value for money !
The location is in a very odd place. I arrived in the night at the train station, and there is no way to get to the location since it’s tucked in a mountain which can only be accessed by car (which cost me about 20 Euros) or hiking for about 30 minutes. So plan ahead before arriving !
Location and views were amazing also the breakfast was great and had everything you wished for (within the reason).
No shops or restaurants near by so you have to walk 20 min to the city or must have a car.
We did enjoy the breakfast, it was quite nice. The view from a window was great as well.
The additional pricing made it from good price to a bit expensive in one moment. I didn't enjoy that I had no idea there was an additional mandatory payment.
The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast had a basic spread, but it's very convenient. The room was big enough for everything you needed to do, I found it quite spacious (although I did have the whole room to myself).
It is difficult to reach the accommodation if you arriving later in the day or at night since there isn't any public transport running, therefore you have to walk.
Great location, very friendly staff, good-value breakfast
I like nothing about my stay there. Don’t go for it
The hostel has no value of money and the staff are only there to add to your frustration. Bus barely even pass by the hostel making you walk for 28 minutes to the next bus every morning and evening. The hostel for no reason turnoff their heaters at night leaving you in a freezing room I stayed up all night on the corridor because it was much warm there than my room They turn off their heating system at night still morning which made me bath with cold water every morning at 6AM before leaving for my work. They always find a way to sneak into the rooms to turn off their heaters each time you step out and upon asking them, they act and behave unnecessarily rude I won’t recommend this place even for my enemy.
