Good beds as always!

I didn’t see the information about shared bathroom with another room. Last time I had private bathroom and this is what I want but this time I had shared.

We had a private bathroom and both were clean and tidy, Check in was easy.It is like a 3 minute walk to the station that is only a 15 minute train ride to Bern central

Before we booked we didn’t realise it would cost us like £10 each each, way travelling between Bern and the train stop, something to consider if you’re travelling back and forth a lot, In the room we also had pictures on the walls of the facilities such as a kitchen, hob, kettle, fridge etc, but we could not find this on the facility and the owners were not replying. The blankets were also quite thin and it was a bit chilly so we had to layer a bit.

used towel from previous guest under the bed not be removed. Some hairs on the bedsheet. not sure if the room has been really cleaned.

The lication is right at the railway station. There is a grocery shop nearby.

The sounds of the neighbours are well heard.

Nothing much to like!

The walls are paper thin. You can hear the conversations verbatim and other “activities” in the room next door. The management prefers money over good customer serviceand reputation.

The property was in a quiet location with a car park (which you have to pay for! CHF4 per Day)

The hotel was just simply disgusting. Firstly - there were no staff to check you in so it seemed very much a stressful process. When I got into my room- the room was smelly and just absolutely stank! Thankfully I carried perfume to rid somewhat of the smell. The room also came with bugs & spiders and I woke up to various bites across my arms. The room was very small and very poorly laid out. Everything in the room was old and rusty and unclean and just disgusting to touch. Wi-Fi was very slow

Convenient location next to a train station that takes you to Bern in 12-15 min. Good for a short stay. Handy that there's a self check-in machine. Also earplugs provided for the noise from the street and the train.

The electrical sockets are only for small plugs, there was an extension cable available which had a big plug so basically it was useless. The hairdryer in the room was also with a big plug, so also not possible to use..

Easy check in, free water is always a plus especially while backpacking

The walls were fairly thin so it was easy to disturb other guests with talking

Near the station 1 min, auto ckeck in easy and fast, bottle of water for guest.

The desk wasn't clean.

The beds are comfortable and the room is clean.

Nobody to check you in or out, the room is too small and there is no intimacy in the bathroom. The door has holes in it, so it's not appropriate when you travel with a friend!

We arrived a little early. We couldn't get in. Tried ringing the owner with no success. A kind garage man next door helped us by ringing him. We did get in via computer checkin. Inside was fine

free water was a really good thing!:) the bathroom was nice and new. parking is just 4CHF behind the hotel also very cheap.

Next to train station. Cheaper than staying in Bern. Comfortable bed, good sized bathroom.

Soul-less, no people working. Arrive after a long day, new tech machine to use/work out when tired. No human interaction to answer any questions or issues although all worked ok. No facility for making a hot drink, especially in the morning. Despite all working out fine, it feels like we're all becoming robots and paying more for doing the work ourselves. But that's just a personal thing, some might prefer the absence of human contact.

We wanted an inexpensive stay and it was that. A recently renovated old building that was all brand new inside

Cute and easy to checkin.

Very small room. More like a hostel than a hotel. My room was 2 flights of stairs up carrying luggage. No elevator. While the self checkin was convenient, there is no staff on site to help with questions and they take a while to respond to messages through the booking app. Probably better to email them directly or call. Too many repeat messages from this property about checking in and arrival. I must have received 10 of them.
