- Close to train station and trams. There was a huge shopping mall which came in handy when the airlines lost my luggage for a day. The room was modern and Decorated nicely. They had a great resturant. A little expensive but we booked the room with breakfas
- The location of the hotel. Right next to the Krakow main train station, across the street from a shopping mall (if you need to pick up something that you forgot to pack) and also in a great location in Old City. You can get anywhere very quickly.
Cons -
- Only 3 channels in English, all were news. They could of had at least 1 English movie Channel or There was a women that was at a desk in front of the elevators we thought was for information on tours who was very rude. And ignored. Was private tour only
- Not really. It was an excellent hotel option that we selected for our trip to Krakow.

The location of the hotel. Right next to the Krakow main train station, across the street from a shopping mall (if you need to pick up something that you forgot to pack) and also in a great location in Old City. You can get anywhere very quickly.
