Great location for the town. A quiet place to stay with a fantastic swimming/spa area in with the price of the room.

Excellent location Helpful front staffWonderful spa area Very close to ferry terminal and within the Old Town.

Well the room was okay in itself can't say I lacked anything there, the location is really good - you're a 10minute walk away from the center. Plenty of food readily available for breakfast. Spa (when it's open) was a fun addition to the stay.

The Room.I booked it as a family stay with a couple of children(one of which is a toddler) and the room was at the farthest point in the complex with multiple flights of stairs up and down, some rather narrow. You can only imagine how comfortable it is to navigate with a stroller. The breakfast. You can eat all you want, but the food is the same every single day with no variations whatsoever and there's not that much to choose from for it not to become boring. The SPA. It was okay, no issues with it, but the staff did not bother to mention that the spa is closing early during our stay so we ended up using it once throughout our stay... Again, you can only imagine the happiness such scenario produces for children expecting fun times at the SPA.Fire alarmDefinitely did not love the fact that the fire alarm went off at 2AM in the morning blasting through the hallways and found absolutely nobody reassuring everything's okay. It just stopped after a while with me and a couple of other guests shrugging what the heck happened.

The staff was delighted. Helpful. Accommodating. The location was perfect for my needs. The bed was very comfortable.

The spa was not my favorite. And it was the reason i booked there. many of the Saunas were closed. And every thing was a bit run down and a bit dirty. Lots of construction on in the spa. Not inviting.

    8GoraclusPosted on: 7-4-2025

Well, overall presence of SPA is good. Entrance with code, allowing us to come at any suitable time was plus.Overall clean and calm room giving a good possibility to rest after busy day

Not as i didnt like - but:1. pricewise - we have been staying in Tallinn in other SPAs, who have had better "everything" (breakfast, spa, room) for same or lower price2. SPA - 2 saunas and one jacusi and lots of constructions. Wasn't very attractive to be there.3. Breakfast - below "middle", machine coffe, juice from sirup, almost no vegetables (and it is summer)

Water facilities of the spa were exceptional. Great variety and well kept. Room was clean and comfortable.

    9JannePosted on: 4-20-2025

Nice and very clean hotel near the old town. Excellent spa & sauna facilities with plenty of options to choose from. Breakfast was good with all the basic ingredients you'll need to start the day, no frills though. Bed for a child was arranged to the room with no extra cost. Very hospital staff.

Longish corridors with no elevators makes the facilities bit problematic but still manageable for families travelling with small children still in the carriages.

    Breakfast and quiet room

Spa was crowded all the time

We got nice service when we checked in. We got a good introduction to the hotel and its services. The spa area was much bigger than we thought. It was a supercool surprise. Many kinds of saunas and also two pools outside. I could suggest this hotel to families, couples, groups of friends etc. Breakfast was not a fool of all sorts of ingredients but we were happy to have coffee, bread and croissants.

    10KasparsPosted on: 1-8-2025

The spa was really nice with indoor and outdoor pools and several options for saunas aswell. The rooms are accessible by a code and were small , yet comfy. Despite the small size of the pools in comparison to Kalev spa, which is located across the street Braavo seems more cozy during the morning hours when people are less and offers more value.

During the evening hours it seemed quite packed and while it was enough to just chill at the water , it wasn't enough to enjoy the baubles of the bauble baths.

Location. Spa & gym attached - gym was huge and spa had loads of rooms. Digicode door entry system so didn’t need keys or key cards. Comfortable beds. Onsite cafe.

Felt functional and basic. Didn’t feel like a hotel , more motel like. Reception was for the spa/gym. Spa was extremely busy, mainly locals, so not relaxing. Basic room facilities - 1 pillow per person, kettle but only a couple of tea bags, no coffee sachets.

    6MaryPosted on: 12-31-2024

Good location. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Basic café open till 9pm. Simple buffet breakfast included. Huge gym and spa.

Basic and a bit soul-less. The spa was very busy and not relaxing or what I was expecting from a hotel spa - mainly locals using it. I booked it knowing the rooms would be basic but I hoped the spa would be indulgent. It was good with lots of different sauna/steam rooms and pools, but not the treat I had hoped for. We described it as a leisure centre with rooms attached.

Good spa, there is a big choice of activities in spa. There is codes for doors which are send by sms, but you need to make check in electronicaly before, if you want to get codes before. Also it is possible to check in hotel, but re eption is not working from 23:00 till 6:00.Breakfest is simple.

Parking price ia 15€/day, but you cannot get in/out of parking lot from 23:00 till 6:00. In the room temperature was 21C, and it was cold to sleep. There was no way to make higher temperature.

Close to old town, location perfect. Also included SPA and swimming pools all day, with 6 saunas.

Price is to high to quality what to get. Esspecially breakfast need an improvement.

Everything was really good. Close to the old town, close to the harbour. Breakfast simple, but delicious, swimming pool area warm enough. Towels to the pool area are provided by the recepcion, you dont’t need to have your own towels.

One advice for host: it would be more welcome that the floor heating in the bathroom would be turned on as soon as the guests arrive. Especially in the winter time. It was verry cold in the bathroom. Not everyone will think, that it is possible to turn on the floor heating.

Great stay, nice swimming area, big room, tasty breakfast, helpful staff, close to the old town
