Excellent location which was convenient for walking around all of the old town. Very attentive and helpful staff and the hotel provided wonderful breakfast with a wide range of choice in a comfortable dining room.

We were overlooking the main street which was a little noisy at night, largely owing to the snow scrapers.

The rooms and the hotel were tired. The bathroom was small and tired, the room did not have modern amenities like USB chargers. Instant coffee packets inside the room in a 5-star hotel? The upkeep of the hotel has not been great.

The location at the heart of the old town, very practical

My husband and I were surprised at how unfriendly the presumably chief of reception staff was. Being a receptionist at this hotel, is it really that great ? I even asked myself. It's a five-star hotel, isn’t it? However they don't help us with our luggage, our car, or anything else.We travel a lot around the world, but we don't normally encounter this situation in a 5 star hotel. We carried our own luggage and my husband put the car in the parking lot by himself.The receptionist was so overbearing in these instructions. We were so uncomfortable and I regretted choosing this hotel at that moment.

Room layout and bath were a nice size and well decorated.

Beautiful and quiet room with a lovely view of a blooming Wild Chestnut tree. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The restaurant was top notch.

Wen we arrive to the room, there was no shampoo the bottle was empty, the box of the vanity kit was also empty, they only leave us water the first day. On a hotel of that category we expect a better service. On the other hand the attendant of the bar was really kind and he gave us a really good service. The hotel was located near to everything, location was amazing.

Telegraaf is an exceptional hotel. The bedrooms are very comfortable and beautifully appointed, and the facilities first class. It is also ideally placed for the Old Town. The staff are efficient helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay, good bed, nice room, excellent spa!

The hotel is nice enough but I wouldn’t call this a 5-star hotel. The spa area is relaxing but quite small. The interior design in the rooms isn’t very beautiful. The breakfast buffet was outright not good. The location is good though.

I expected the room to be bit smaller based on the pictures and I was okay with that. Except the ceilings were so high it was better than I thought it would be. My wife was very impressed and to me thats all that matters.

I don't even have that much to complain about. Barely anything to say but calling a bolt is restricted from coming to the door so you need to walk a block away and thats harmless.

The property is beautiful. Super friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with made-to-order dishes and free sparkling wine. Quiet, beautifully decorated room.

We didnt think that the breaksfast was well organised at all. Service was not very good as compsred to other hotels like the Schossle hotel

We were so grateful to have a room upgrade. We loved the pillow menu and the spa was so relaxing.

The shower was better in the spa than in the room

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is excellent right in the middle of Old Town also. I would definitely recommend and would stay at this hotel again.

Everything was perfect. Excellent location, very comfortable bed. Small spa with pool was very enjoyable. Breakfast was very good quality. Staff were lovely. We stayed in the original building and loved the architecture and history.
