Hestia Hotel Seaport Tallinn

The location is quite good because it is near to Tallin port.

The staff especially the front desk staff was not friendly and approachable we did not feel welcome when we enter the hotel.

Excellent location, a few meters from the port. The breakfast was delicious, very nice common area.

The location is just on top of Tallinn Port, so it was easy to walk to the departure point for Finland. Also in close walking distance from city center. Very convenient bus stop exactly outside the hotel doors.The second room was spacious, clean and the beds comfortable.

Breakfast was below average. The initial room was out of question, so we had to pay extra to be accommodated in a larger and better room. The TV was practically useless since it was impossible to set English subs and there were no international channels, nor Netflix... Staff were polite and helpful when asked, but lacking true interest in their job.

Our room appeared clean but there was a urine smell from the bathroom that smelled terrible the whole time we were there

Bad bathroom smell, sign said Food Bar outside but no food available on 9pm arrival for single guests like me, although big group had been fed.

It is literally across the D-Terminal for Ferries. It made our day trip to Helsinki so easy and simple.Location is great, near a block of restaurants and 10 mins walk to the Rotermann, a niece neighborhood with shops and restaurants too. Breakfast was good, more than we expected. Check-in was very simple and we were given a room 3 hours before the check-in time which was great!

Didn't like the toilet bowl cleaner in the bathroom, it was soaked in something (not bleach). It didn't smell great.The bathroom was generally clean otherwise.

Directly located at ferry terminal D which is perfect when arriving from the sea. Also only a short walk to Tallinn old town. The room is very modern and absolutely spacious. On top of that we had two rooms connected through a door, which is great for us with children that go to bed at different times. Decent breakfast is also included for free.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, thank you!

Strategically very nicely located - right next to ferry Terminal D. Several nice restaurants nearby, 15 minute ride to the airport.

The room lacked some basic things like kettle or cups or any cutlery.

I really liked the breakfast spread. The room was good and the location was convenient for us to take the ferry.

The inter connected room was little clustered with no view from any point.

The lady at the reception changed our room after we complained about the noise the first night. Breakfast caters to different diets (vegan). There is a storage room.

The acoustics are absolutely terrible. The first night, we could hear the family in the room above ours. We heard the child running around and the parents talking to them. They made noise until midnight and from 6am.In the morning, we told the receptionist about it who kindly changed our room.Our second room had the same issue, we could hear our neighbors. Thankfully this time, they made less noise, but you can still hear everything that's going on next door. The breakfast is mediocre. The products are not fresh and tasteless. The variety is poor.The staff isn't particularly friendly nor professional.

The hotel was decent- nice room, good breakfast, close to the port and city centre. The reception staff was helpful.

The hotel is clean and staff is helpfull. Location is perfect for ferry travels or Tallin sighsteing.

Soundproofing. At night, you will hear pretty clearly if somebody walks on the upper floor.

The hotel is so nice, in the perfect location, near the port, nice, clean room, good stuff, very nice breakfast.
