Great location, wonderful breakfast, caring staff

Rooms are very small and although renovated look rather cheap

Small staff.... less than accommodating. Rooms are booked with a single bed.

They have a new lower price which makes this beautiful hotel affordable than usual. I stayed three fabulous nights easily walked in and out to anywhere. Comfortable bed, bath tub with hot water, opening windows for fresh air. Definitely come back!! And they already gave me the discount code for the next stay^^

Super noisy from drunks walking around at 3-4 am AC was not working properly

The hotel is well situated right at the edge of the Old Town, and near easily accessible public transit. It is a beautiful building and the room was very cozy. The front desk staff were also fantastic (ask them for their dining recommendations)!

This hotel was amazing, it feels both luxurious and cozy in the same time. Staff is very kind and helpful and available around the clock. The room was top notch, giving warm vibes and allowing for a nice rest after a long day of city exploration. The bathroom is truly beautiful. The border of the bath might be a bit high for some people, but there is a tiny bench for these who need it. The bed is heavenly. And also this hotel has a perfect location a bit on the edge of the old city, where it is a bit quieter and close to the shopping centers and supermarkets. Great stay!

A spacious and comfortable room with all the amenities. Perfect location within walking distance of the main old town centre, while outside of the crowds for a comfortable night's sleep. Excellent warm breakfast.

Despite having a non-smoking room, unfortunately a strong cigarette smell was coming through the vents in the bathroom every morning of our stay.

Staff was outstanding and extremely helpful for a first time visitor to Tallinn and Estonia. My room was excellent and met all my needs. And the hotel's location within the Old Town allowed easy access to everything I wanted to see and visit.

I have no recommendations on making anything better. The hotel and its staff were all amazing for my first time in Tallinn. I greatly appreciated the receptionist's suggestions and guidance during my brief stay.

This hotel is in a great location, right on the edge of the old town and easy walking distance from everything. The staff is kind and the rooms are large and well appointed.

No fault of the hotel, but a loud gang of drunks seemed to hang out in front of the hotel for about two hours on two separate nights. Made it a bit rough to sleep. My only other gripe is that the bed was a bit hard.

The location is fantastic for all the attractions in Old Town. It is also only a 20 min walk to the port.

We couldn’t open our windows because of the smoke smell from outside below.

Poor reception service. He tried to charge per room what was quoted for two rooms. We had lots of luggage and he tried to put us on the sixth floor when the elevator only goes to the fifth floor.

Location was perfect as accessible to most places. and the view from our room was great

There were stairs to get to elevator so very difficult to bring up luggage. Wished they had staff to help out.

I understand that people with disabilities need special equipment in the bathroom, but if you don't need it, then having this equipment in the bathroom is not a pleasure. Vanity kits was absent.The restaraun of the hotel was so so.

Location. Lighting in the room. Comfy bed.

The electrical wiring in the room is odd. You have to leave one light on in order for plugs near the bed to work. Few things are missing like slippers, a vanity set, basic coffee machine. Didn't like shower gel and shampoo, seemed cheap.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and we loved almost everything about it! The Old Town location is walking distance from everything (no car needed, no free parking anywhere, but the hotel has a few spaces across the street which you can pay for). Our room (405) was spacious, modern and sparking clean. Breakfast, which we chose to pay extra to include, was a big buffet plus you could have eggs or an omelet made to order. The bread was especially delicious. We had asked for a view from our room, and we had a nice one out the front of the hotel.

Our particular room had a bathtub that was so high a footstool was provided to get in and out of it. We thought that a bit risky and wished there was a secure bath mat inside the tub.

Very cute and classy room, nice shower, friendly kind staff, excellent food at the restaurant.

The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. Great breakfast, In the room there's ample space for the luggage. . A very sturdy heavy stepstool to get in and out of the bathtub is a nice a thoughtful touch

The bed is comfortable but the pillows are very large and synthetic, hard on the neck. It would be great to have a night light in the bathroom.
