The room very old! The towels were dirty, the room was dirty!

Standart class hotel for reasonable price. Good breakfast.

Bar closed at 22:00 even though the hotel was fully booked.

Very basic room. No condition, no curtains for windows, no shower mat

Looks nothing like pictures. Horrible smell. Scam! In which universe is this 8.1 hotel with 3 stars. This is the worst hotel I have ever booked in my life. Shame for the BOOKING.COM, they should delisting this kind of hotels. No air-conditioning, the temperature is unbearable....I can't find words to describe my frustration....

The breakfast is continental with a restaurant where it’s possible to get lunch and dinner. Parking is free and secured with a security officer 24/7 to assist in case you need help. The room does not have a coffee maker but you can get coffee from the coffee machine on the first floor by the reception.

No coffee maker in the room. The hotel administration can do more to help the cleaning crew with more effective cleaning materials to prevent the shower area from becoming moldy. Overall the room is clean and they do a good job of cleaning every morning.

Good location, free parking,.

There is no refrigerator in the room..

Good stay for budget money

Floor in the bathroom don't has correct skew, so after taking shower all bathroom floor is full of water. Also no special floor squeegee available to clean water and you are forcet stay and walk in puddle of water. Floor squeegee can help!

Good breakfast, fast check-in, near the bus stop, clean bed linen.

The room wasn't clean enough and had an unpleasant smell. The soundproofing was poor.

The main pluses were parking for a car and breakfast with tasty pancakes as one of options?. Room was ok. If you need something - Rimi shop was ten minutes away.

The only minus is location, a bit far from Old town and center. Of course there is a bus stop near. But if you traveling not alone, its better to take Bolt, as the price for a ride is about ~7eur, almost the same cost as bus tickets for three people.

Clean comfortable room and quiet. The man who cleared the snow in the hotel grounds was very helpful in all weathers, thank you.

Breakfast quality mediocre, stale pastries and poor fresh fruit. Undercooked bacon , no scrambled or fried egg.Sometimes the lunch and dinner buffet didn't seem to exist, short bar menu instead. Disappointed bar closed at 9pm at end of dinner. Often struggled to find a parking space in the evenings.

Great choice for breakfast. Room was spacious. As we were family of three we rearranged the beds for our liking.

The bathroom was in a good soviet time style. Would benefit from a renovation and upgrade.

Location

I will not recommend it if you are traveling with toddlers because there were no refrigerator to store kids food and also no microwave to warm up the kids food.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Spacious rooms and very good breakfast, clean and quite modern, renovated.

Rooms just don’t have any noise cancellations. I could hear someone snoring badly in the room next door an how many times he/she went to the bathroom… probably there’s no hotel policy regarding quiet hours since kids were running and shouting until 2am.

It was well-located, and the breakfast was awesome, the room was clean and bed was very comfy.

Room is small (budget room), but it has eveything you need for 1 night stay. Beds are pretty comfortable, it is enough space to get a good nights rest. We liked the breakfast, it was a good choice and good coffee. We stayed in December, room was warm and with a nice view (9th floor).

Breakfast was good, with plenty of options to choose from.

Sound isolation, I could hear some drainage noises and some of our neighbours, but once asleep..., those things did not wake me up.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I'm very happy, especially with breakfast :)Clean, comfortable, with great breakfast - I'll stay here next time in Tallinn.
