We loved everything: spa center, location, room, facilities, staff

I would prefer a more comfortable bed.

Wonderful family-friendly place. The breakfast was exceptional, with some variations per each day. Fun and excellent water park accessible from the same building. Great place for kids. Super friendly and helpful staff. Had some minor misunderstanding about parking and they helped solve it quickly.

Location was great. Close to city center, restaurants and shops.Breakfast was great. Easy check in and great staff.

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet. Lunch specials were a good deal. Pool and saunas were a nice treat, especially for the grand boys.

The area of the hotel our room was located in is dated. Our room, which was far from the elevators, was way to small, less than 12 inches between bed and walls on either side of the bed. The bathroom door handle was broken and pieces of floor trim were missing. Using the shower flooded the bathroom floor.

Everything worked perfectly and basically automatically. No redundant questions, everything according to description. Very nice and warm pools.

The mini fridge in the room doesn't work and the staff said it was normal like that.

Perfect! I'd stay here again. Short walk to the market, easy Uber to/from the airport, and the water park was tons of fun!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, a tranquil atmosphere, an amazing water park, and a delicious breakfast — what more could you ask for?

Room interior style seemef a bit dated; may have been intentionally themed that way. Would definitely still recommend.

It is a hotel I stay in whenever I am in Tallinn, this is because I like the pool and slides, also the rooms are good and the breakfast spread was very varied.

I cannot think of anything that needed improvement.

Renovated to a high standard but we unfortunately got an unrenovated room, with some damage to equipment

Everything was great, staff, facilities, service and the water park access was excellent, slides and different pools, we loved our stay.

We liked that the spa was included and the breakfast was really good.

I did not like my bathroom that much because it felt it needed a little bit of renovation. It was not bad, I just thought it needed a little touch-up.

The breakfast

Everything is a bit outdated. E.g. one curtain was gone, and because of that the room was super light and full of sun in the morning. Also the shower curtain / door was gone, so the whole bathroom became wet

The water park is amazing,it was the first swimming experience for my 8m o and she loved it. Nice breakfast, great location.

If you go to the water park from inside of the hotel, it takes forever to get there and lots of stairs.

Dinner, breakfast and service excellent, Waterpark is great

Great stay in any weather: close to center, with access to big pool and aqua park.

Minor : Staff at reception were helpful but not really welcoming/energetic. ?

I liked how the staff was able to change my room to get a queen size bed instead of two twin beds. The room was also very spacious and had a nice view. The best part was the full size gym that could rival a sports club.

The biggest disappointment was that the free saunas are a joke. They are cold and you barely break a sweat. You need to pay an extra 20€ daily to get access to the real saunas. This is a deal breaker for me in staying at this hotel again. They also don't really have a place to just lounge by the pool. I would not pay for the breakfast package. The food is always cold and not that great. Much better breakfast options just feet away from the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent and the location great, very close to the old town and to shopping malls and restaurants.

The room was a little drab and somewhat dinged up.

I booked a month in advance, but the hotel room was not suitable for my family.

The promotion and the actual product are completely different.
