Location and breakfast.

Room was dirty. There was hair on the blanket and bathroom was not clean. They changed room for us. Ok, other room was a little bit cleaner than previous but still… coffee machine is far from electricity , so I should take coffee machine , find where I can connect it and after this make coffee. There was just one spoon , and dirty, but we were two persons. And what’s more… glass was broken…. Even near room carpet was dirty too. Feeling how nobody cleaned this area many days… was feeling to change hotel but we were so tired… we will not come back to this hotel…

Rooms, clean and shiny

SPA zone was too cold ? and breakfast was not as big for radissons

Great location and nice view, our room was on the 15th floor. Delicious breakfast.

BUT overall stay was a bit disappointing, not per Radisson expectations.Breakfast area was clearly mismanaged, one zone was closed for some reason, the rest was overcrowded. Tables were poorly cleaned even after several (!!!) reminders to the staff. It was hard to find a free and cleaned table to enjoy the delicious food both mornings of our stay.The bathroom was tiny, with no possibility to lock the door and half of the wall made of glass, which feels insecure. Faucet was leaking a bit.

Pillows could be better and mobile beds are not very safe

Location is good.

Staff - at first they did not properly check us in and than when we prolong our stay and paid by cash the staff lost somehow one day payment, so when we checked out they charge it. Very horrible service. Before this hotel was really good, not first time stayed there, but for sure it was last one.

Breakfast was great, big variety and tasty food

Coffee can be betterWindow was not fully closing in my room and noise was getting inside from the street.

The swimming pool and sauna at 26th floor are is a very pleasant place.

I was lucky i got an upgrade, otherwise i would have access to the fitness area only in the mornings. Ofcourse i understand because the gym area is not that big.

Very attentive and friendly staff. Room with great view! Breakfast was simple but good. Nice little sauna and pool area.

Room was on upper floors with a nice view. Breakfast was good.

The room was very dusty. The bedside tables, even the phone with a layer of dust. The floor had been washed without vacuuming, when walking barefoot it immediately became covered in dirt. Only the bed linen and bathroom partly were clean. The staff couldn't offer us another room because the hotel was full, they promised to clean it the next morning, but the room service only made the bed and took out the trash, the floor and other dust was never cleaned. This is the first time when hotel room has been so dirty. Radisson is a net you can always relay on. Even if the hotel is old, you always get a good service and clean facility's. I was more than disappointed. And carpets in corridors were disgusting.

Very close to the airport. Room was perfect and quiet. Breakfast was excellent

The Room service is very bad and housekeeping not well arrange the cleaning the room .

Ok place, no bigger complaints

Air conditioning automatically switched off during nights every couple of hours. Not very nice as the temperature rose closer to 30 deg after that. After switching back on no problem.

Location, good beds

Sanitary room not clean enouth, there was no second towel.

PAYMENT I did for Double bed. They give me Room with 2 single beds. Super small bathroom . To open a Fridge You need to Move chair. It's small & crowded.

Staff was super great! Very accommodating and friendly.

The room had a great view of Tallinn City. What we didn't like was the cleanliness of the room. I was travelling with my wife and daughter and ofcourse having a 2 year old, toys gets thrown under the bed and it wasn't the most pleasant experience seeing the dust and i mean DUST under the bed. I even found a dirty sock which belonged to the previous occupants.
