Cons -
- Dear Booking.com Support,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent hotel stay that I booked through your platform.Despite your confirmation and previous communication that I could cancel or modify my reservation, the hotel refused to make the necessary changes. I had clearly informed Booking.com in advance that I needed to switch the guest, but the hotel staff did not honor this request and treated me with unacceptable behavior. The experience was extremely unpleasant and disappointing.Additionally, the option to cancel the booking was shown as available on your website, but in practice, it was not possible. This misleading information caused unnecessary stress and frustration.Because the hotel refused to allow the guest change, my friend — who was supposed to stay in the accommodation instead of me — was forced to book another hotel at the last minute. This caused both inconvenience and financial loss.Due to this experience, I no longer feel comfortable using Booking.com for future reservations. I expect better service and accountability from such a widely-used platform.I kindly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action.
- Winter the location would be a little far, but summer it would be really nice since there is a walkway and playground and the view of the sea was really fantastic
- while the linens were cleaned, the duvet looked like it could use some cleaning - I've noticed 2 stains on it through the linens

The communication with the hotel was quick and informative.
The window in the bathroom that faces the neighbor apartment. I don't know if that's a plus or not, I didn't appreciate it.
Great location, near the sea and the song festival, in between the history museum and memorial on one side, and the park with art museums. Only a couple of bus stops from the university, and a couple of stops further gets you into the old town. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good too.
Tallinn gets pretty cold, and the ice in Tallinn can be slippery at times. But with ice, there is also beautiful snow!
Everything was perfect. Warm room, hot shower, quiet. They were kind enough to upgrade me since the room I booked wasn't available. Short bus ride to the center
1. Fair price for late check-in2. Location on the seaside promenade - highly recommended for summer nights :)3. Fair breakfast for 10€/person4. Fair parking for 4€/night
1. A bit old-fashioned facilities with lazy cleaning2. We got a room with no wall-hooks for clothes (winter conditions!), without wardrobe3. The most annoying - no towel-hooks on the wall in the bathroom!

It's in a good location. There was a receptionist which is a little unusual these days. It was quiet overnight. The room was warm and quite spacious. The bed was comfy. The hotel looks very pretty from the outside.
There were a number of minor issues. The information given said there was parking, when we enquired about this we were told it was 4€ extra and when I offered to pay I was told the receptionist would probably not be there after 10.0pm to let us back in after we went out, so there would be no point. Although spacious the room was poorly laid out with two single beds, one at each end, and a TV with no sound that could not be seen easily. Very strong fabric conditioner smell in the room. Seemed like there was some refurbishment going on in the corridor which is not a problem but would have been nice if we'd been told beforehand.
The staff was so helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had coffe, tea, cups and waterboiler.
I was hoping the room would have a small refrigerator.
The hotel is simple but cosy, with good location and friendly staff
The private parking system organisation was not convenient. No shower gel in the dispenser. There is noone at the reception very often
staff very pleasent, location is on the seaside but only 2.8 km from the bus station and not far away from the airport. Price worth according to what they offer.
The place needs a renovation being the building a bit old
-hot chocolate packed provided in the room-the shower! amazing water pressure and rain showerhead, also shelves!-floor heating in the bathroom-nice big tv -room had been adequately warmed up by the time I arrived-location: went outside to enjoy the seaside and ended up having an hour long walk because it was so nice -reception was very sweet and nice
-hot chocolate packet did not reappear magically by the next day :( also did not ask for it, maybe it is possible

The view of the ocean is blocked by trees.
Location was surprisingly good, right by the sea and near bus stops. The Estonian history museum is just a little up the road, and the town centre is 10 minutes by bus or 45 minutes by walking. Ideal if you need a base to explore the city
The breakfast needed improvement. Got a very good breakfast on a large plate in town for €11, so paying €10 for this one felt a bit underwhelming. No private bathrooms, only shared ones, and the walls are fairly thin. Not a great place if you intend to stay in the hotel all day
Nice location close to the sea and city centre, friendliness of the workerscomfortable big room with the kitchen
Literally 0 issues - instant check in, instant check out, nothing wrong with the room, private shower, completely quiet, the best location imagineable (by the sea and everything else is reachable on foot), very friendly and non-corporate staff. The only problem I faced was that I was trying to open a pull door by pushing it. That's it - flawless experience.
The location is great to take a seaside walk and go to the events and concerts at the arena nearby. The stuff is very helpful, the hotel is well-connected, overall, it's a great option to explore Tallinn and its surroundings.
Very helpful and responsive owner, very good cleaning standard, hotel in a beautiful spot near the sea
Hard to find this place ans google gives wrong directions
I chose this hotel as a female solo traveler attending a late-night event at Lauluväljak. The location was ideal, as I wanted to avoid navigating a long way back to the hotel in the middle of the night. The proximity to the seaside boulevard was an added bonus.Other pros:- Despite being located right next to a busy road, I didn't hear any road traffic thanks to the soundproof windows.- The hotel is housed in an old, charming building that has great potential- There’s a fantastic Italian restaurant, Kajakas, just a short walk away. Highly recommend dining there.
The condition of the hotel was a major letdown. The interior showed significant signs of poor maintenance — dirt, mold, rust, water damage, detached wallpaper, and even some holes in the walls.Other cons:- The curtains were too narrow, making it difficult to change clothes privately or block out the sunlight.- The breakfast was just a so-so / passable, nothing to write home about.- Upon arrival, there were no staff members in sight. I arrived 10 minutes before check-in time and found the reception desk unattended with a pile of room keys, which left an unpleasant first impression. There was no-one as I returned from Lauluväljak around midnight, either - despite the doors being open and some of the rooms being located right next to the entrance.- As mentioned in many reviews, the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. Surprisingly, even the cheapest cabin on Viking Line offered a better sleeping experience.- I didn’t feel very welcome during my stay. It felt like the hotel was simply taking advantage of the demand from Lauluväljak event-goers without putting in the effort to create a quality experience. Given the current state of the hotel, the rate of ~160€ per night felt unreasonable and not reflective of the value offered. This hotel has the potential to be a real gem and could become a lovely boutique hotel with the right care, attention and renovation. Sadly, today I was just relieved to check out.
