An adequately spacious apartment with a good location, about a 5min walk from Old City.

Less than great communication from the host - the apartment we had booked was replaced by a different one, in a different building, which did not meet our needs. As I was explained, the building with originally booked apartment is sold and is not a hotel anymore. This change was not communicated to us prior to arrival or even during it - we had to raise the issue ourselves.Questionable cleanliness of the sheets, towels, carpet and rooms.The bedroom was in the basement with narrow windows on street level with a lot of traffic, resulting in a lot of noise, poor ventilation and musty smell.

The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. We were glad to have had a microwave.

The house where the apartment was located was hard to find because the sign that should have been displayed outside was not present. We saw that it was stored inside the building. We arrived by Uber from the airport and as we got out of the car to walk up and down the street, to look for the address, a lady from the building appeared to greet us.

Conveniently located, about 600 m from the old city and about the same distance from a shopping center where you can buy food to cook at the kitchenette in your room or have a nice meal at Lido. Room is clean, stylish, nicely decorated with good taste, very modern though the building itself is old wooden, but nicely renovated. Easy to get in, very pleasant hostess, Ekaterina, helpful, knowledgeable and a great pleasure to talk to.

The building faces a narrow but rather busy road and it may get a bit noisy, although the noise proofing is quite decent.

The room was super clean, comfortable, spacious and charming. The location was also perfect - within just a couple of minutes by foot (10-15) you are in the heart of the old town. We were super happy and satisfied with our stay.

The apartment was large and well equipped. It was in a good location, not too far from the old town. The host responded very quickly to all messages.

The only reservation was a slower internet.

The pictures of the accommodation split level rooms looked nice and showed having saunas in. However this is a scam hotel who cancel your booking on the day so you’ll never set foot inside and see what one is like.

Booked the property in July 2024 for a weekend in February 2025. Money was paid in full and I messaged the property WhatsApp and on booking.com message app, they never replied to WhatsApp message and I got a short response saying they will send instructions on how to get keys. I received a message as I was in the airport saying they had cancelled my accommodation due to ‘force majeuer’. I have looked at some Google reviews and booking.com reviews since and found this happens all the time to people who book. Just a scam hotel. Do not book here!

Forget about staff quick response. If something not working - you will wait long time for any help. Microwave works only if special switch in kitchen is turned on, but that you have to guess by yourself. Staff will not tell you.Address is off. It is 17/2. Not just 17. So it is on another side of block. Tell taxi or enter in map 17/2. Otherwise you will be running in circles and they staff does not answer phone in time. So once you do find it and you get familiar how appliences work - you are in a very good and comfortable place. Hope staff will fix problem with communication. This place is good.

Clean, good location

I didn't like it when the cleaner insisted on coming into my room to gather laundry bags that had been left there. They were hidden. It invaded my privacy as she looked into cupboards and I had to move my things so she could get the laundry.The dirty laundry should not be kept in a room that someone is staying in.

The apartment is big, comfortable, clean and close to the city centre

Convenient, very clean, city center at walking distance, view on beautiful gardens despite of the urban environment of busy roads and office buildings. Clear instructions for finding the place. Free parking, a must in Tallinn where car park is a challenge. Lots of empty space in the flat, easy for luggage packing before the flight back home. Cosy couch with a comfortable blanket.

Lots of fences everywhere, you have to pass by a car fence, letting you only narrow space to walk through with suitcase, not very welcoming walk to the accommodation. Would be much easier to have access to the place from Luise street .
