It is nice place between Railway station and city center in old building

It is a little bit noisy

Big room with tea station and mineral water. Clean big bathroom. Very warm. Spacious closet and bed made of two single beds.

The lock in the door seemed to be loose. There was no electricity in one morning. The hairdryer was very disappointing - almost no airflow. No restaurant at the location.

We received a booking transfer notice and got moved to another property: Hotel Diament Plaza. The room had really odd and rather unpleasant chemical smell that didn't went away a bit by the morning, despite windows being open. We kind of had to do that in December. Our clothes still smell like it. Our stay would have been excellent otherwise.

Location is ideal, rooms are large and very clean, bed is comfy, tea/coffee facilities are provided. Staff are nice.

No aircon, so noisy from street, bathroom needs better ventilation, breakfast is served in sister hotel up the road, lift doesn't work.

Good location between the railway station and the city center. Big room with all amenities including a small fridge. Comfortable beds. Reception 24/7.

The location is good, the room is neat and clean, the price is good, there is a hairdryer, comfortable bed, amenities.

After the overnight stay, they canceled the reservation on the Booking platform, noted that we did not arrive, although we paid by card at the reception. It was very upsetting. I don't know what the purpose is.

A big hole in the curtain. The receptionist promissed to solve it. Room 302. Was it repaired ? Please do it instantly for the comfort of your next guests.

I could leave my luggage after the check out, the check out is until 12, location is very good

Bathroom needs renovation, the noises from the restaurant garden were not pleasant.

You have breakfast included but to have breakfast you have to go out of the hotel walking +100 (in my case with the walkside full of snow)

The room was clean, spacy, warm. We had also a nice look from the window. There was also a kettle available with tee and coffee.

Hotel is in city center of Gliwice. They are many parking places around (payment from 9AM to 5PM). Hotel is a little bit old with some old furniture but well maintained. Rooms are clean and spacious. Water, tea and coffee are offered for free in the room. Staff is very kind and warm.

Some renewal might be necessary at one point. Not disturbing at this moment but for sure in the future should be taken into account.

I've been upgraded from Diament Economy to Diament Plaza, which is the 4 star hotel. So I obviously don't complain, but there wouldn't be anything to wine about anyways: it was clean, spacious, kind staff ... the whole 9 yards.

Zero issues, zero complaints.
