    Pros +

    • Excellent staff and good location
    • I was upgraded from my standard room to a suite. Bed was comfy, room was spacious, shower was excellent, bathroom and room were very clean.
    • Strategic location in the town centre. Many eating places nearby. Breakfast was superb. Really friendly staff. Room is spacious.

    Cons -

    • The staff was courtious. They upgraded my room.
    • I was upgraded from my standard room to a suite. Bathroom lacked a proper surface for toiletries. A small mobile rack was provided but it was at an inconvenient height and weirdly wedged between the sink and shower. The biggest issue with the roomwas light pollution at niight. The curtains stood 6 inches away from the wall so even when the curtains were closed if you were on the side of the bed closest to the window, the curtain might as well not have been closed as the light came straight in - bearing in mind this suite faced a main city centre road, this was a big issue. The breakfast was lacklustre with one coffee machine not working properly and a weird layout to the buffet.
    • Parking sucks, very hard to come in and out.Small details and middle class management looked like their job is office and screwing good workers instead doing their job maybe and take care for customer as 5* hotel in Central Europe Poland deserve

Quite , warm and calm facilities with good hospitality from all employees.

The bathroom doesn’t have water spray and the drinking water is not enough to be refilled in the room

Very welcoming atmosphere from the minute we arrived until the moment we left. Rooms were amazing, very clean and very spacious. Bar/restaurant area was lovely to sit and stay for drinks or a sit down meal. Staff were fabulous! View from our room attached!

Only one tiny negative would be the TV in the room had no channels, either that or we didn’t know how to get them on! Didn’t affect our stay though.

good room size, very clean as usual, very friendly reception and room service ladies.excellent location comfortable bed.

the room was too dark, only bathroom was well lit.room was facing the inner yard so no view and smoke

    8IvarsPosted on: 10-27-2025

Food was excellent. Just for a 1 night stay it was a bit difficult to realize the planning of the cellar where the breakfast was served.

The room was good but there was rather terrible stink in it, I assume from the pluming system.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nice, the location is superb. Breakfast was delicious and starting conveniently early for me.

The issue I had that at least in my room the walls were so thin that I could hear the neighbouring guest snoring in his room. Also it would be nice if the rooms amenities included a safe and the bathroom expendables - one-time portion of toothpaste.

Friendly staff, great location in the city centre, nice classic vibe of the building and interiors. Good quality breakfast with enough choices.

The rooms and interior as a whole need upgrading and renovation; it still has class, but it's outdated. Internet quality could be better.
