- Location was great. Service was very friendly.
- The location is superb and the hotel is comfortable
Cons -
- I have stayed at this hotel several times and have noticed that there is a very strong kitchen smell in the rooms. For example, I was on the 3rd floor and it was as if I was next to the kitchen. The smell permeates everything, including all my clothes. There was also a sewer smell in the bathroom, coming from the shower drain.
- Hotel can be updated. Did not like the extra charge/penalty for a mistakenly booking another room. Did compensate by staying in a Business room, I would have expected to have waived the penalty if you want to keep a customer that came with several other colleagues.
- The shower drain was really smelly. Like so much I needed to close shower and bathroom doors to not be able to smell it in a bedroom. Also parking is a additional fee

The location and facilities are pretty convenient. The breakfast is pretty decent. Excellent place to stay while visiting Gliwice.
Some inconvenience is caused by flies which are around vegetables during the breakfast. This spoils the perfect impression a little bit.
Central location, nearby parking, they have their own brewery and serve the beer in the restaurant. Comfortable room
Breakfast was ok, food variety could be better
great value for money!superb breakfast, nice personnel, confortable and clean room.

Nice and quiet place. Good location. Friendly staff. Very satisfying breakfast, efficiently organized, and with good variety. Quite quiet and not too crowded. In my opinion, the best value for money in the city center area.
There's room for improvement regarding the air conditioning. Perhaps suitable for Europeans, less so for Americans
Location near the centre of the town. Local beer from the hotel’s brewery. Good restaurant for dinner. Very good breakfast.
We have been offered a totally differently looking (and smaller) room than in the pictures. Reception explained the situation however their information about the these type of rooms (Business) in Booking com is misleading. In the morning we have discovered that the shower is clogged and unusable. Reception offered another room to take shower however it still caused inconvienense.
Lovely hotel with beautiful facilities, clean rooms, kind staff, great breakfast. Location in the city center, but quiet. Main square is just 2 min away
the room was very spacious, modern and clean. I've enjoyed the welcome drink onel beer from their own brewery. Fantastic!
The hotel has a great location in the city center. It is very comfortable, with absolutely amazing breakfast and awesome restaurant with delicious food, which works till late and offers their own craft beer. Highly recommend place! My whole stay was a pleasure.
