Hotel Trzy Światy Spa & Wellness Rajska WySpa

Everything was great. Check in was fast, room is spacious and clean. We had 0.5 bottles of water for each guest and tea/coffee. Bathroom overall was okay. Breakfast is tasty and fresh with a big variety of food. You can even do a fresh orange juice. We stayed only for 1 night because of the concert, so it was okay. But price a bit high as for 3* hotel. Also location - it’s far from train station, so we had to take a taxi.

I was waiting at the reception for half an hour when I arrived , ringing the bell many times. Nobody was there and finally I left the place. Really strange and disappointing

The property was close to the airfield. We had hoped to travel further but the weather was out suitable. The staff were welcoming and helpful. There were spa services available but our arrival was lateThe restaurant was the biggest surprise. It was quiet while we were there and the area is not a typical touristy area. More indusibut the restaurant was exceptional. I expected a rather mundane menu but I was wrong Service was attentive and friendly and the food - pizza. Pierogi and also cheesecake was delicious . Presented beautifully outstanding quality - the best we ate in Poland I would return just for the pierogi!

Not worth the money value

There was nothing mentioned that we must pay for the parking sepparately. Rooms were dirty, the smell from the faucets horrible, beds uncomfortable and even the ringing clock noise from other building woke up us. We came to the hotel at 10 pm and the guard gave us the room keys,there was no other person and he was not even speaking in english.

Cold water in shower and sink. Cold in room. Empty plates during breakfast with dishes - was filled up very slowly.

Breakfast was very good.Dinner ate outside on terrace, only us and nice waiter. Food and recommendations were really good.

Spa was OK.Jacuzzi not so clean and water cold.Steam room did not work. But in the room was very hot, no aircon. First night did not sleep at all. Bathtub was not available in the room. Hotel has only 2 rooms and need to reserve it in advance.

The spa was surprise as I did not expected nothing, plus there is salt cave there with crystals like, really some thing special . Breakfast was a surprise as well, really great breakfast like with 4star hotel. Parking for free , close to central, the staff has no perfect English, but… very friendly .

Receptionists were cool guys indeed. No problems at all always smile on their faces.It was pretty clean and tidy. And I loved the idea when you can buy a beer straight from reception at 4 Am ? if the restaurant is closed. BrilliantWe enjoyed pretty big bathtub and that we had really nice Desk to deal with our daily tasks.

Very noisy rooms including a lot of echos, other people in rooms on the same floor level were talking loud. And we could literally hear everything and I don't mention screams.Rooms were clean but walls were in average condition along with windows.TVs from Manta - it sounds bad and image looks worse than on average phone.Beds should be a bit softer. But I saw a cheap implementation of mattress, the cheapest from IKEA. Food was average and prices for food extremely high unfortunately for hotel who has 3 stars (I am comparing to others price/quality)
