Pros +
- On the whole a good hotel that served our purpose.
- Beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They helped translate for us with taxis to get where we needed to go, and were just so accommodating and courteous.
- Large room with everything you needed. Evening meal in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was good.
Cons -
- Breakfast wasn’t always well stocked. Some days no bread for toast and would prefer bacon and sausage every day not just every few days. However it was far superior to another hotel in the area we stayed at the previous year. Staff helpful and friendly and a nice clean spacious hotel for the money.
- The duvet/quilt was not the best in a twin room, but I think that is a German/Polish thing having stayed in a few similar hotels.
- It is nice we could bring our dogs but the surcharge was 100 zloty per dog (per night?). This is steep as the poor dogs got nothing for this. Upon request we got some bowls though. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty - this I see more and more, they take away our little soaps for eco reasons but then staff do not check if the dispensers are not empty.

This is a very luxury hotel in a quaint and almost forgotten little town. The standard room is not overly large but also not claustrophobic. There is all you need including bathrobes and - a rare thing these days but I need them - a shoe horn. Room service is quick. Staff are efficient and friendly. All for a reasonable price. Breakfast is excellent, including best scrambled eggs EVER. Parking is free. Next to the hotel is a nice park. And apparently the real Red Baron did come from this town and lived nearby.

Location: it is based next to big park next to the city centre. The building is kept in traditional style. Good breakfast. Nice and friendly staff.
Nothing can be mentioned. All was great. The stay was little short.
Not too much.
I have booked other room than proposed. After claim was changed next to personel place. I have nothing against personel of course but that was under the roof. Not comfrtable at all.
Not sure that the hotel truly qualifies for a 4 star rating. Air conditioning barely works, refrigerator does not work at all, there is a nasty smell in the room and beds are not very comfortable. Also wifi is quite weak.
Breakfast is good, staff is friendly and parking convenient.
Lovely quaint hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Very helpful staff and great food.
Pleasant hotel, a nice room, clean, medium-sized size, and good a shower, liked it.
Nothing, really nice
Arrival after midnight. Friendly staff & comfortable room.I'll probably repeat if there is a chance
Short breakfast options
good food at the restaurant nice staff pet friendly clean quiet
The breakfast was terrible. The coffee machine was unattended and didn’t work. The selection of foods was sparse.
The room’s bathroom had no door and we froze after a shower. The sink was tiny and had a central faucet that wouldn’t move so it was half sized even smaller. The twin beds were too narrow and the mattresses were covered in rubber sheeting so we were soaked in the morning with the A/C running.
staff, breakfast
uncomfortable pillows, there could be three times more of them.
Very comfy bed, nice and clean room. Free parking and nice location. Complimentary water. Also restaurant downstairs is a bonus.
Tv channels did not work. There are no toiletries in the room. Breakfast is OK, but staff should really keep an eye on things. Took me 15 minutes to get coffee..
it was nice and clean
de tv hangt te ver van het bed of is te klein om lekker relaxed te kijken
Perfect location, pets friendly spot! Really good food, even they serve famous Ukrainian dishes. in my humble opinion it’s amazing hotel to have relax and charge your batteries, being out from big city!
The location is perfect choice to make journies to Silesian cities and highlights. The brekfast was super, free choice of variable foods. Quiet, calm, good wibe.
Nothing to complaine,
A friend and I stayed just one night in the Red Baron Hotel which was perfect for our needs, as touring around south west Poland. The hotel and our twin bedded room was immaculately clean and well presented, with a modern bathroom. After parking at the premises, check in was friendly and easy, and our hosts spoke English too. The hotel was very quiet and after a great nights sleep, we were the only ones at breakfast. Whilst we did not have dinner at the hotel, breakfast was excellent and all self serve, but as much as you want to eat, including honeycomb and coffee machine. The decor all relates to The Red Baron, with numerous pictures and articles related to him on the walls. Across the road is small park, with a replica tri-plane too. The original location the Red Baron lived in is just around the corner. We would definitely stay at the Red Baron again and would highly recommend the place to all.
One thing outside of the hotels control - rain! That's it.
Breakfast was excellent, wide variety of food. Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly, they even found a bowl for our dog.
The car park was quite small, but we still managed to find a place for our car, so in the end it was ok.
Great hotel across the park, walking distance from the city centre. Nice and caring staff, amazing breakfasts. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay there next time we're around.
