Noisy ACWhen in shower light turned off so had to activate motion sensor to get it lit again

Good price, late check in, big room, near to where I needed to go

Moquette in the room always weirds me out, fancy shower but crusted shut.

Very clean and silent room, friendly staff, very good breakfast! With the very cheap 24 hour ticket for public transport in the Katowice region you get very fast and easily in a few minutes to the city centre of Bytom. Several bus lines are passing at a nearby bus stop at the hotel.

Everything was very good. Just the light sensor should enable the lamps to be on in the corridor a bit longer when you enter the key code and stand still. And a light sensor should be able to detect movements when someone is inside the closed shower cabin. But this is only a very little detail. I'm satisfied about my stay and thank you very much! I recommend this hotel!

paid outside parking, 30pln/night is a joke, shower was extremely bad, it literally seemed like no one cleaned the rust off in ages

The hotel has a very convenient location close to highway, so it's good to stay overnight. The facilities are well renovated, room is spacious, bed is comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy, there is staff at the reception all the time.

Though the hotel is well renovated, the rooms are probably not much in use, because еhe faucets in the shower and the sink are sticking and not working properly, and there is unpleasant smell in the bathroom, no matter how much we let the water running. And in the toilet the light works only with the movement sensor. So, you can imagine how killing bright light you get straight into your eyes if you go to the toilet in the middle of the night.

We stayed for a night. Everything was great – friendly service 24/7, a clean room, and everything you need for a good rest before continuing your trip. Conveniently located, not far from the highway. Convenient parking near the entrance, tasty breakfast.

Hotel was just a stopover where we spent the night on our way.The receptionist was very friendly and smiling.Breakfast buffet is continental, they start at 6:30, which is great so you can continue your journey as soon as possible.Parking in the hotel courtyard.You also have the option of buying cold drinks from the fridge, the prices are not excessive and are acceptable.As a stopover, a very good choice, right next to the highway, and across the road there is also a gas station.

The breakfast was quite poor, the food was tasteless, so do not recommend having breakfast at the hotel.Overall feels like very old hotel, with old interior.

Morning 3am the fire alarm started for 10 seconds. Through the night some noise coming from climate machine even it was shut off..

Many steps to haul our suitcases into lobby. We are elderly with handicaps and nobody offered to help. At our departure they finally told us about a back door we could have used! Also, carpet was in sad shape and desperately needs replacing. Beds were not comfortable too.

Windows did not have good sound isolation, could hear motorway traffic too much.Breakfast was tasty, good assortment, tasty coffee, but the carpet in breakfast zone was very dirty.
