No lift and wallet stolen from bag while swimming at the beach. Need private beach. Anyone can come and lay around looking for next victim

Breakfast was totally average! Very few homemade items!Decoration of the hotel is also average! Does not look like a 4 star! They could remodel a bit!

Many things:- arhitecture of the hotel is really ugly: container building- rooms at ground level, some of the most expensive, are dark, humid and very poorly ventilated- the internet is very bad and actually not available most of the time anywhere- behind the hotel is a large nice lake but smelling terribly most of the time all around the hotel- the hotel beach is tiny and dirty, not tended at all; the sun beds and umbrellas are a disgrace, old and improper- the hotel has only one restaurant, with limited menu- parking is about 300m from the hotel: it is actually not a parking, is a piece of dirt road where one parks randomly- from the “parking” to the hotel, a long dirt track alley with zero lighting, so at night it is a real adventure- ironically, the parking close to the hotel is reserved for the management, unbelivable; that is customer care indeed…

Location beats everything. I would have only loved more vegetarian options at the restaurant.

Location is stunning, it’s calm, quiet and peaceful.

Found the food expensive. Would have loved the opportunity for a more casual meal on-site.

The team is always ready to support with kindness and empathy. I had a problem with the car I rent outside and they did the best efforts to support me locally. They gave me peace of mind to enjoy my vacation besides the problem I did by my own. The location is awesome, best beach in the region. One of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been.

Nothing serious but a little improvement in toillets maintainance. Also they could offer more fresh fruit options.

It’s hard to say in few words how incredible this hotel is. Localization. Food. Stuff. Beach is amazing.

Only one thing : cafe

We stayed in a lodge. Literally right on the beach, perfect for relaxing. The lodge had everything we needed. The staff were helpful.

As it was self catering we would have liked access to a washing machine to wash towels. There was no cleaning during our stay, we would have liked clean towels part way through our weeks stay.

The restaurant was amazing during breakfast but the dinner menu was expensive and it did not gave any taste at all. The bed was too hard for me but great for everyone else.

Unique location, right on the Santa Giulia beach. Comfortable spacious room. Very nice breakfast buffet. Friendly and professional personnel. Overall it was a very nice and relaxing stay, but for a 4 star hotel they would not be getting such great reviews if it wasn't for the location; that plays a big role on the pricing and on the experience.

The menu at the restaurant could offer a little more variety, less basic dishes / more local cuisine, and more vegetarian options.

Insufficient level of English from several staff members. This is my own choice and I had the information from start. But I realised from my total experience that for the money I paid, not having included breakfast is not acceptable.

Location, facilities, private beach.

The restaurant is relatively expensive and not impressive AT ALL for lunch and dinner. For such a wonderful hotel and location, it is essential to have a restaurnat with personality.

An idyllic location right on a wonderful beach around the picturesque Golfe de Santa Giulia. Staff were lovely, accommodating but efficient without exception, our room was perfect with all facilities and a view over the sea from its roomy, private terrace. Breakfast and dinner were very good in the super restaurant. We booked the stay very late due to the last-minute cancellation of our (Moby) ferry from Bonifacio but this hotel certainly made up for our disappointment; more so because they kindly allowed us to use their facilities until our re-scheduled departure the next evening.

Location is amazing. Staff were so nice and helpful. Breakfast included at the beach was delicious.

The location of the hotel is splendid at the end of santa giulia beach. The premises are very nice and the food of the hôtel is very good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay

The prices of the extras (like ice cream on the beach, drinks and food ect) are a bit high

The hotel is situated right on the beach which is very nice, there are also beds for free on the beach destinated for the guests.The rooms are big, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Also the fact that we had a big balcony was nice.The fact that the hotel is on the beach is a good point but you have to take into consideration that tou need a car because is far from stores or restaurants.( you have to know what is more important for you )The breakfast was good but there is no variation and is disturbing when you stay one week.

The price/benefits is totaly wrong.The restaurants hours are absolutely not ok.. the lunch is served from 12h00-13h00 and the dinner from 19h00 till 20h30.Considerating that is a 4 star hotel you cannot have only 1hour and a half for the meals because there are no other options there because the stores and the other restaurants are far and also rhere is nothing in the mini-bar apart from water.I want to precise that also the bar is closed when the restaurant is closed.I travelled a lot but i never experienced something like that. I would definitely not recommend this hotel due to the overprice and the meals.
