Hotel Opole Centrum

The location was excellent--close to everything. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of great fresh choices every day. The staff were absolutely incredible--responsive to anything we needed and offering help, very professional, super friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant and the ambiance were truly great; the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the cleaning service excellent.

Everything was really good, but a couple of tiny improvements would be appreciated: a box of tissues (or paper towel) in the room and the towels might need to be replaced soon or the laundry detergent used to wash them changed.

This is the worst hotel ever, I tried contacting them to rebook my stay and they refused , they refused to give me a refund and even to talk to me , racist narcissist, don't stay here and don't waste your time in this piece of crap

Unfortunately, my towels were not clean (the most terrible sensory experience in my life), and the hotel shower gel was typical men's smell

The breakfast was very good if a little expensive.

Some expected facilities not available in the room. For example, a hotel safe, refrigerator 9hich appeared to have been previously present in one of the pieces of furniture and no toiletries in the bathroom except a hand wash in the bathroom and shower.. Just two sachets of coffee and tea provided per day except that on two days we had to request them at reception.

This Hotel is on the way to hell. I paid more on booking.com than the hotel charged on self check- in. The Hotel is dirty and run down use and wear walls furniture. Bathroom is disgusting. The walls are paper thin. We have been permanently distructed by shutting doors untill 02:00am. Our room was near the lift so there was also a permanent lift noise. I wonder how the fire security is working as the door to exit on the staircase was shut and you could only escape through the lift. The towels are disgusting. Loads of stains everywhere. Same for the beds.

Great location, very good breakfasts choice, nice coffee. Clean, private car park, nice staff.

Hotel clean and efficient. Wide parking inside.7 minutes walk to both the town center and the river.

The Restaurant inside the hotel closes at 9 pm which is fine, except they turn off the light and leave guests without shared space for conversation

One instant coffee per person per room. Of course more available after asking. Thought that not very " modern "

Dirty, stains on carpet, destroyed bad condition furniture, dirty linen and mouldy shower.

Very nice hotel near the center of Opole. Safe parking behind the hotel. Breakfast was great.

Hotel staff were great and friendly. Spoke English, which was a bonus. Location was close to old town, so it was easy to find a nice restaurant when needed. Will definitely return.

+ The staff is very friendly and cares about the customers. We arrived after the official check-in hours, but a staffmember was waiting for us. This was a big, pleasant surprise. During the check-out the staff was friendly as well!+ The facilities in the room are a plus. Everything you need for a stay was included. The bathtub was a pleasant surprise as well! (Suite Kingsize Bed room)+ A short walk from the city centre. The city, compared to other Polish cities, is quite neat and well-kept.

- Hairs on the bedsheets. We found them on the bed and on the sofa. We only stayed for one night, so this might be the reason. I suspect the rooms to be totally clean if your stay will be longer. Still, there should be no hairs on the bedsheets, even for one night. Although for some it might not be a problem, but for others it will be a dealbreaker. The bathroom and other spaces were clean though.

The staff was nice, the room was comfortable and it was very close to every place I needed to go to.

There were some dark strands of hair in the shower when I arrived (I have blond hair).
