Pros +
- Very standard buffet breakfast with a good range of options. The room was clean and cosy. The place has a nice cosy vibe overall. Worked perfect as a quick overnight stay for us
- Nice spa and pool
- Very convenient location, great staff, amazing food
Cons -
- There was a bit of a stench in the bathroom
- Dirty walls in the room. Carpet worn and badly fitted with dusty concrete underneath
- The receptionist was not very welcoming on our arrival, they seemed to be very uninterested in my wife and I and we were kept waiting for ten minutes before being acknowledged. Plus noise from a large group of guests was ignored by both the receptionist and security. After my wife and I complained the staff refused to help. Young people were running up and down the corridors in the evening both outside our room and the floor above. This is unacceptable behaviour at anytime of day. The proprietor of this hotel needs to decide if they are running a youth club or a hotel. The receptionist again appeared very disinterested when we checked out, staff training in customer service would be my recommendation.

Nothing much. The swimming pool was OK.

We stay in this hotel when we are only in Opole because of the location for us. The hotel requires many changes and especially the rooms and bathrooms remember the old days. An unpleasant surprise was the lack of a jacuzzi, which used to be there and could be used during the stay. A big plus is the restaurant and very good and plentiful breakfasts. Because we organized a family party for 20 people at the hotel, we could not find fault with the food because everything was perfect, especially the pear cake with dark chocolate. The big problem was the service. Because it was a guy who did not speak Polish well, he had a big problem with delivering what the guests additionally ordered from the bar. Because of this, the waiting time for e.g. coffee, tea or drinks extended to 30 minutes. I think the hotel should think about having more staff who speak better Polish, especially when the hotel is full of guests.
The rooms and bathrooms require renovation.
Pool, and staff and location
The room was not clean , the carpet smelled . The towels were very old this is for single room , the rriple room was much better bigg and had refrigirator
The single room has the very bad smel land was not cleaned at all and it was too small and has no refrigiratior , triple room where my friends stayed was ok was clean was biig and so on
The smell of the roomnd the carpet was not cleaned the towels were very very old , they shoud by new ones and change the smelling carpet
Good location and very quiet. Very clean room, comfortable beds and a very spacious family room. Overall, we have had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.
The bathroom needs a little bit of updating but is still functional and very clean. I wish the gentleman at the reception on the night we checked in was a little bit more friendly, but I guess we all can have a bad day.
Bad
What didn't I like? Everything, worst hotel ever, I lost my money because the reception8st couldn't care less to give me a bigger room (as I ordered) and his attitude was 'don't like it than leave', so I left. He barely spoke any language anyway being russian or ukrainian, nevermind. Worst hotel ever. Rooms were lkke dark rwt holes and furnished in the 60s. Later on, I have requested money back, never got an answer.
Good size of rooms, free parking lot is a big plus. Good place for a single or two night stay. Local bus stop in front of the main door. Lidl on the other side of the road. Reception open tiil late.
Lack of air con is a big minus during heat wave.
Breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious
No AC in the room (but there is a fan), the room needs renovation
Outstanding nice receptionist (from Ukraine), very well english speaking!! Also the other ones were helpful. Parking behind the hotel was perfect. Room was big and had enough plugs for charging mobiles, WiFi was working well. Breakfast in typical polish way, large variety of delicious foods! Also restaurant service and foods for dinner were exceptional. Everything perfect!

Very spacious room, super quiet (despite windows facing one of the major roads), fabulous location (a walking distance from the city square and from other major attractions).
Refrigator could have used some attention - very sticky from the dirt, and relatively expensive parking place.
The Hotel could be great just great but unfortunately it desired to go to a different direction. There is nothing great about my trip to tell.
I was exhausted after a sleepless night in a different apartment and I was greeted with a rude attitude at the reception and telling me no check-in possible untill 15:00 zero smile zero care. While returning back the room I got was big size but the light switch of the room was directly at my head position middle in the night the light went on and it was disturbing the matrrace was from a different age and I woke up with a stiff shoulder. The tv was not working. I was too tired to watch anything but hey why would you put a guest to such room even knowing how bad his previous night was and seeking a good night sleep. I will avoid this hotel in the future as there is zero understanding to the needs of the guest.
Hotel room was okay, clean, room amenities (hair dryer, kettle) worked.
Hotel room could've used soap at least. There were soap dispensers but they were empty. There was a lot of weird tiny gunk floating in the pool. The ridges of the pool are taller than water level so I don't know how that water is supposed to spill over into the filter. Also for the small size of the pool, it certainly could have been warmer. No soap in pool showers either. The receptionist informed me the sauna wasn't working, too. Big bummer, I was looking forward to that. I've bought cheaper, better stays in hotels in the middle of Tokyo but prices in Poland are generally through the roof so this hotel was actually comparatively reasonable which is pretty sad. Breakfast was really expensive so I didn't try it. Ukrainian (?) receptionist seemed a bit rude and dismissive, but she did help in the end, so maybe it's just the culture/language barrier (we were both speaking Polish).
I liked the location the breakfast was really good and the free parking spots
Okay for one-night stay. There are single rooms available that was nice. Breakfast was decent and there was plenty of room to sit. Hotel has also a paid parking lot.
Room smelled as if there had been smoked and most probably this is the case. Room and the hotel itself is quite old and needs renovation. Wi-Fi did not really work when there were a lot of guests using it.
not much but breakfast was good just too expensive for Poland . there is parking but you got to pay like 7£.
mattress is rubbish very worn out felt like being in the bath. the carpet in corridors stained badly; pool cold and no towels just some very small pieces of fabric not suitable to be called towels; no jacuzzi no sauna working. its not three stars hotel anymore but can see it was some long time ago. Lots of Ukraine people most likely being housed there by government. This makes it downgrading from hotel to accommodation.
Only location
Nothing, toilet is be terrible, smell all the time very very bad , toilet desk is be to small , sink is very dirty, shower doors is be broken , towels have wholes , I booking room with one double bed one single and I have 4 single beds , tv cable hanged very bad , room service change bins but don’t change glasses and leave dirty. Smells from bathroom is be in rooms as well terrible. I’m definitely never coming back to this hotel .
Location is very nice, many attractions are nearby
Rooms are not worth it as per rates, Drunkards are roaming in hotel without any fear.
