The room was not cleaned properly everyday. The shower wasn’t comfortable and the water wasn’t warm. The curtains and walls were dirty. Carpet also wasn’t cleaned

Rooms are waiting to be renovated. Poor bathroom. Pillows are cheap and hard. Carpet in a room is old and dirt-sticky. At 11:00 in the morning the Cleaning lady shouts: “give you 10 min to get off, I need to do vacuuming.”

Personal service, front desk, restaurant / bar, room service, was very professional and helpful.Very nice rooms new side and SPA area was very exceptional.

Need more pillows, lack of small table and additional chair in double occupancy rooms. Menu need more polish dishes.

Excellent personal service in every aspect (front desk, restaurant-bar, house kipping staff) very nice spa area, including choices of saunas, swimming pool, whir pool. Hotel side that I did stay is very clean. Food at restaurant-bar very good.

Better or more pillows, lack of chair and small table in double occupancy room, bathroom very clean but no shelves to put toiletry's, restaurant &bar menu very limited-specially dinner choices.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect easy access with the taxi, easy to explore the area. For me, this should be rate like in a 5 star hotel, more than what I expected. Receptions staff was so nice and friendly.

Staff and Service and the front desk and restaurant is very professional and helpful in every aspect. Spa center is very good to relax. I was staying in new wing, so rooms are nice and large.

Lovely spa and saunas, close from the railway station, very nice idea to have a pub and restaurant, lovely food and very comfy bed.

Windows are not noise proof, it was loud in the room facing the road.

The room size was huge. Very comfy beds and very modern.

Location. A little long walk from the train station and city centre.

The room was so small I booked the most expensive room they had for 3 people (me and wife and daughter 3 years old) , they gave one medium size bed no fridge no view it was the most uncomfortable night I have stayed at a hotel for very long time, and about an early check-in they were so restrict even not one minute before 14:00 and I have my little daughter but no one care so yeh unfortunately in this city opole since there isnt many hotels around they just play a monopoly game this what we have even thought it's really really bad and over priced

Iron could be in each room, a little uncomfortable to go for it to reception.

Great location in the city center, beautiful hotel, Opole ZOO not far from the hotel, apartment was clean, nicely equipped, wonderful hotel bar right in the hotel, in a quiet environment, good accessibility, possibility of parking directly at the hotel.

I rate the staff as the only fault, the lady at the reception was rude and unwilling, she even changed our apartments without even apologizing, the barmaids in the hotel bar were also rude and disrespectful. We like to go to this hotel, but the behavior of the staff discouraged us from staying in this hotel again.

Loved the saunas and jacuzzi area! Wish we had more time to use those. The staff was nice and we could leave our bags in the storage until we had to leave.

Misguidance at the reception related to parking and restaurant opening hours. Nearly missed my dinner. Lift inspection out of date.

Very comfortable room and clean. Nice view onto the street. Friendly staff. I came early and had my luggage held for me until I came back later that day to check in. Great location. Easy access to places I was visiting. I did no use the restaurant but hope to next time.

The hotel itself is quite nice, and beds were comfy.

It'd have been even better if all the reception staff would speak English: I sent many messages to cancel the massages I had booked not knowing that my friend and I couldn't get it at the same time, but it seemed they didn't understand me by messages, and it was confirmed on arrival when I was reminded about the massages.Also, I know it isn't the hotel's fault, but it could have been handled better by the staff: on our penultimate night, some drank guys started to knock constantly at our door (2 girls) and tried to open our door. I called the reception to ask for help as we got really scared! Luckily the girl at the reception spoke English, but: after putting down the phone, the knocking stopped, but we weren't notified by the reception about anything and to be honest we were too scared to leave the room to go for dinner and ordered food from the hotel restaurant (not great pizza tbh). The day after (our last night), we went down to the reception, explained once again what happened and asked to be moved if those guests were still beside our room. We got told that what happened to us was "strange" and to come back in one hour to have a different room. When we went back the same girl at the reception told us that she was wrong and we couldn't have another room. After telling her we were going to change hotel if that was the case, we were moved to a way bigger room, but that wasn't exactly the cleanest: the bed sheets were all wrinkled and a long black hair was in one of the pillows. The spa isn't bad, but there is no staff to check it: one of the sauna wouldn't work, the water in the swimming pool was a bit cold, we had to go upstairs to the reception to ask how to turn on the hydromassage as no signs and no one there to ask, also a lot of naked men and towels everywhere.Overall not a pleasent experience!
