Perfect location. Front desk staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

Outstanding. Cold buffet, or hot eggs. Just amazing. Good coffee. Always a member of staff there, filling up all the time.

The root was very clean and very big. Location was excellent and treatment was very friendly.

Friendly staff and very good breakfast. Unfortunately, the room is a bit dated (yet clean).

The room is very wide and cosy. You have everything you need in the room and there were amazing people in the reception. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot. Many options are available and the staff is so nice. I would stay here again if I came back. Thank you,

Very friendly ladies at the reception. The room is very cozy. The surroundings are charming. I recommend room 101 with a balcony.

Kamer 305. Airconditioning very loud and dripping water. Uncomfortable bed. Shower was bad due to minerals pollution in the shower head.

Location, apartment, breakfast, everything.

The hotel is located in the city center near the river (you can enjoy the view from some of the rooms). Nice décor and very friendly staff. There is a restaurant which serves more traditional polish dishes and is our 1st choice when staying in Opole.

Location in the old town near the river. Nice old building and modern hotel.

The breakfast was enjoyable. All fresh and tasty. Good views from the room, excellent location near to all good restaurants, parking just in front of the hotel.

The bathtub appeared to be useless due to the very strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom, coming through the shower drainage. The wash basin was clogged. Not what you'd expect from 100+ eur per night.

There needs to be better instructions for those driving and parking their car.

Quaint and comfortable. Had a room with a balcony overlooking the river. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the restaurant was excellent. Has a lift.

The room was lovely and well appointed. The breakfast was fantastic and the ladies who helped us were wonderful. The reception staff was friendly and helpful.A nice and quiet location!

Staff with smiling faces, ease of payment and navigation inside the property, and the amazing view from the balcony made my stay excellent. To those who are thinking about booking; go for room # 301, you will not regret a tiny bit!

I can't think of a thing to be improved actually. Everything about the hotel was great.

Everything was perfect - location, staff, cleanliness of the room, breakfast choice and service.

The chef in the restaurant makes his own booze and pickles! The staff were wonderful. I liked that my bed was in a little ‘snug’. The location is great.

The drains can play up after a storm because it’s an old building by the river (it doesn’t smell unpleasant though!). The staff are really good and will go out of their way to make you comfortable.
