Hotel Szara Willa

Great location (very close to the Old Town).

Staff very friendly and helpful. Free underground parking was a huge bonus and is always something we look for when booking a room. Beds comfortable and room was very pleasant and quiet.

Difficult to find garage entrance initially. Elevator to garage working and was not smooth, made loud noise when door closed in garage.

Perfect accomodation. The crew is very helpful, they've let us in the room much earlier than the check in time. There's an underground garage for your vehicle. This is 3* hotel with a quality of a 4*.

There's an bowling alley below the first floor, so it might be tricky it you're a light sleeper. It doesn't work until late, and it's not extremely noisy, but you can hear it.

Location is near the city center, parking is practical, breakfast was great, the room was clean, and the staff was very helpful.

No slippers

Central location, parking available, breakfast.

Bed was too hard, elevator door didn't open fully. Presence of the bowling alley in the same building - you could still hear the rumble in the room.

facilities and location , car parking was good and free. 10 pin bowling was a bonus

breakfast was ok

The hotel was very clean and the room was well-equipped. The breakfast was excellent. It was a short walk to the centre. Check-in was 4pm but I was able to check-in at 3:30pm.

The noise from the bowling alley during the day would have been a problem if I'd stayed in the room. As it was I was out all day and it stopped at a reasonable time.

Breakfast and location in city centre

Fist night we get a noisy room with bowling under room, the staff was helpful and at night moved us to another smaller room with not working thermostat, we can’t sleep in almost 30 degrees, then moved again to underground floor, room had a really dirty carpet, almost 20 years old with stains, pillows very old and uncomfortable. Didn’t have any good night sleep over 4 nights.

Great hotel, excellent location, restaurant, parking right under the hotel

Everything is great, it's a shame that the TV doesn't offer programs from the nearest country, the Czech Republic.

Car park under the hotel was really handy. The heating in the room was efficient and easy to control. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice with hot and cold options.

The bed was two singles pushed together and the bed was made in an unusual way to what were used to. However still comfortable enough for a good nights sleep.

Parking, big room , very good breakfast, late check in , and friendly staff

No lift to get to our room

Free breakfast was a bonus. Restaurant on site. Staff were friendly.

Greater variety of breakfast would have been good (it was the same every day). Wall’s (hallways and room) were painted dark, carpet was dark as well. Could have been brighter.

A few steps away from the old market square and next door to a large shopping gallery. The property has a bowling alley, not included in the price. Good breakfast.

Strange location of the front desk, around the back of the building, up the stairs, difficult to find especially with luggage. For breakfast you need to go back again across the entire length of the building, down the stairs and into an annex. This property could not have been designed for a hotel, but rather refurbished following some production facility with office space ;-) Rooms updated cheaply and in a rather random way, style of the late 1990’s, with seat cushions upholstery not washed in ages. Walls so thin you can hear a phone conversation next door.

Location is great, also the restaurant serves good food

Wasn’t overly impressed with the room, however it was clean and warm

Nice, well located place. Strong AC and good shower. It looks like a place where people stop for one night on their way to vacation destination. Lots of young families with kids at breakfast. Parking garage under hotel.

We had no idea that there is a bowling alley right in the middle of the building. Our room was right under the bowling alley. We had a little bit of stress not knowing what time the noise would stop and if we will have enough hours of sleep. It wasn't bad after all. The room was a bit tired, very stained carpet on the floor. Long walks through multiple floors with the luggage to the front desk for check in, check out and when our key card stoped working.

Great breakfast, great staff, good location. Recommended

Breakfast was very good. Location great, walk distance to downtown.

I didn't like that they asked me to pay 10 złotych for extra 30 minutes to stay in my room while I was waiting for my ride.

clean room with airconditioning

no tea set in the room, no international news channels available on tv

It was very nice hotels room. very nice terrace, good brakfast. Location is perfect and its very important that this hotel has underground garage.

Location, breakfast, room, hospitality in the hotel.
