Hotel Astone Conference & Spa

It was in a convenient location

It needs attention- cracked tables, very dirty carpet with many stains in hallwaysSpa was not really working- saunas were cold- gym was an afterthought

My stay was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hotel impressed with its high standards, elegant design, and luxurious atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, creating a refined yet welcoming environment. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant were outstanding—genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. Their warm hospitality made me feel completely at home, even while traveling. The food was another highlight. Beautifully prepared Mediterranean dishes offered a comforting, home-style feel while maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.Overall, an unforgettable experience that seamlessly combines luxury with heartfelt service. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a high-end yet comfortable getaway.

Everything

Good breakfast, good location

Cold to sleep

Confortable bed

Restaurant: big disappointment. Quality just fair / difficulty to open door of the room with my card / television not working properly

Location, near motorway and park close by.Staff were good.

Spa facilities are poor, and the hotel seems understaffed.

Clean good sized rooms with a working area and convenient charging points. Bathroom clean and modern. Hotel staff very friendly

Bathroom is a wet room and the shower leaks water everywhere even into the bedroom.

Clean, friendly, convenient

Spacious, tastefully decorated rooms with air conditioning. Comfortable beds, good parking, friendly staff. Dog friendly, great location next to a park.

All good, nice room, comfy bed, good breakfast, nice staff

WiFi was very weak, couldn't work remotly. There were some stains on the chairs, that wasn't cleaned, but... covered with pillows.

The host/manager/cleaning ladies - everyone I had contact with was helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel has saunas and a gym. It’s clean and comfortable. The double bed is huge so it’s superb, really

It’s 9 out of 10, cause you can see a bit of material being worn off in the bathroom where I stayed but it doesn’t affect much of its functionality

Average hotel but clean and good for couple nights. Staff was really helpful. For us it was convenient locations.

Hotel is bit out of fashion and some renovations could help.

Great location and clean facilities

We were there on January 1st - the few staff that were there appeared to be drunk.

2 types of pillows. ?The place was comfortable. Such a big sport hall and sauna.

It's far enough from the city center

Nice clean hotel , parking near

It was a wedding downstairs and was really noisy till 4 a.m. Like very bad soundproofing Also reception doesn’t work at night

Facilities, nice room confort

restaurant: disappointed, half of the menu was not availble.

The party in the conference hall till 2:00 am, and screaming people after party till 4:00

-very quiet room-comfortable beds-quiet yet powerful AC-modern hotel fit out & amenities-highly skilled massage saloon next to the spa (paid for extra)

-the breakfast was poor, at 9.30am all the good food gone & the veggies were hardly fresh and there was no sweet section;- the hot sauna at the spa floor didn’t work at all, jacuzzi is tiny and can barely fit 4 people thus was very busy

Comfortable bed, great breakfast

TV was crazy difficult to operate and to turn off

Very nice for a few days, Lubin is small so it was close to everything. The gym was nice too.

good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.

was not convinced the bathrobe was actually fresh. half the menu in the restaurant was not available.
