Pros +
- Breakfast was good, although there wasn't even gluten-free bread, even though the hotel ensure us beforehand that there will be.

- The room was quite dirty, the carpets seemed very nasty, and the towels and the bedsheets were smeared in disgusting stains of previous guests as shown in the picture.Additionally, when we arrived, we had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the reception to arrive, even though we mentioned beforehand the arrival time (!). We also tried to call them but, surprise, no one would pick up. This was an occurring theme for multiple guests we saw waiting in the lobby. Definitely not acceptable.

- The fridge was not cold enough.

Unfortunately, there is still a lot of work to be done on sleeping. Firstly, the service does not make sure that the breakfast tables are clean and accessible to everyone, secondly, many old products served for breakfast, such as salads, very old fruit. Every now and then you have to go and ask the hotel reception, because there is no waiter within reach, even to replenish drinking water. I will mention that we were at breakfast 2 hours before the end of the service. and the buffet looked like it was about to close. I do not recommend breakfast.
Next time I will stay there again!
Very small couple bed, the only uncomfrotable thing in that hotel was small bed. Room in general was OK!
