Breathtaking location right at the seafront. Friendly staff, very clean room walking distance to coffee and food.

Facing the ocean and a great view of the marina from the balcony. Staff were so friendly it felt like home. The breakfast was a good buffet with served coffee of your choice. The room was a good size, had everything and was modern and very clean

Nothing I can think of

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were all warm and friendly, and we had a beautiful corner room with views of both the ocean and the port, plus a lovely balcony. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, the Old City, and the Town.

There was a slight odor in the bathroom once or twice during our stay, which the staff explained was due to the tide. There was also a construction next door. However, they didn’t affect our enjoyment of the room at all!!

Room is small but comfortable; staff is wonderful; location is lovely.

Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional

Location is great, close to the marine, old city and if you like to run is also nice

I think bed was small

The hotel has terrible noise insulation. We could hear the people in the next room clearly, not shouting just talking. There was also a very loud water pipe running past the room which regularly made a lot of noise. The worst part was there were bed bugs. The hotel denied it, but my partner and I were both definitely bitten and it was the only place away from home we've stayed for weeks. Very luckily we didn't take any infestation away with us! The hotel have of course denied any bed bug issue, saying they sanitise the rooms. I'm not sure they understand how easy it is for bed bugs to get in on a guest and set up home in the room! I hope they have taken our complaint seriously in the background and properly fumigated!

No soundproofing!!! Could hear the shower water from room above very loudly on our ceiling

Savannah the receptionist was wonderful and her welcome to the Sole Mare could not have been warmer. Our room was exactly like the description and photos, it was spotless and it had a comfy bed with great views. Breakfast was lovely with great choices to suit everyone and a plus great coffee was served with a wonderful greeting ....

The area in the days looks amazing facing a small harbour filled with beautiful boats ....but at night we were woken by shouting and horns of racing cars which is not the fault of the hotel.We understand we booked right in the harbour and it is very touristy but the screeching of the racing cars for a small harbour road was concerning considering we were parked along the road ... But for a younger traveler this might not be a problem...

Modern quiet location easy walk to town

Probably best location in the town next to new harbor, with very nice view from the room (we were on 4th floor). Hotel can offer discounted parking (10€ a day) in harbor area. Next to old town - lift next to hotel takes you there. Close to the beach.Some good restaurants nearby.

Old air conditioner can hardly cool down the room running at max non-stop, has no display. The corridors are not conditioned at all. Breakfast area is not too bad, but choice is okish, always the same and it was not best of Italy.Beyond hotel. Town looks deprived and not well maintained, alcohol shops at every conner, a lot of immigrants hanging around doing nothing. Did not like that, not best part of Italy. Public beaches are not maintained - okish next hotel, but not in the town - a lot of rubish

Had problems sleeping with flashing fire alarm light in ceiling.

Great pepole, breakfast and rooms. Recommended!

Great place to stay in Ventimiglia…The staff was great answering all questions and providing directions ..Very close to a private beach, had a great time
