    Pros +

    • The hotel was in a good location and was one of few with paid parking available. The young family member/ owner met us and came out to let us through the gate and helped us park. He was very nice. We had a really nice large terrace overlooking the village
    • Great room! View from the balcony was excellent. The breakfast was very European, not a Italian version of America food. Service was great, they went above and beyond to make the customer feel at home.
    • Clean and comfortable

    Cons -

    • A little spartan and not enough storage especially in the bathroom
    • The only downside was the walk up the hill from the train. But if you want the view of the city you have to climb the hill. We were there for 5 days, and got use to the walk.
    • The stairs to hotel from the street is steep and heavy and no one to help. After pulling luggage from the station it was a challenge

Loved the view & the “quiet” atmosphere while still close to all the activities.

1- They do have parking space (for smaller cars) although in general in that area; no cars are allowed2- The location was great - center almost3- Communication - we had exact directions via whatsapp & booking, messagesDefinitely recommending ;)

Well, this is on me that bed stuff was so less & I got froze at night - when i point this out to the staff; they told me that it was in the cupboard (which I haven't noticed :))So, everything was good no complains ;)

We stayed in the top flat #1, and the view was amazing. Our room overlooked the village and below where lots of lemon trees and gardens to enjoy. The view of the ocean was beautiful and we were just fra enough eway to not hear the noise from the village below. The patio was very large so we gazed at the village at night from the lounge chairs. They do have air-conditioned rooms but we did not need it as the temperature was a beautiful 55 at night and we slept with the patio door open. Our bed faced the patio door. There are alot of small quaint stairs to climb up but you can access the top from the road and avoid climbing all the stairs with your luggage if your gonna stay on the top flat but keep in mind you will roll it up the hill thats not too bad. Italy is made of stairs and hills, so you're always gonnaa go up...what goes up will go down. ? The room is big enough for my husband and I, and we were not traveling with big pieces of luggage that took up lots of space. The shower was great size and the water was hot, and the pressure was excellent. We had breakfast in the reception area and it was very good. Filled with fresh breads, cakes, meats, cheeses, fruits, coffee, teas, and more. It's also ver quint and a peaceful way to start the day. All the employees are very nice and helpful. We loved our stay here and loved the area. We stayed the 3rd weekend of April. Thank you to the staff for your hard work and wonderful hospitality that helped make our vacation a nice one.

Simple but pretty and comfortable accommodations. Beautiful view of town and sunset. Service was excellent and we were contacted via WhatsApp prior to arrival by the host and she guided us in to both parking and our accommodations. She was very helpful and a true professional. Location was perfect and just a short walk to everything you would want to experience in town.

    We were satisfied with everything

Our room has a balcony that opens up to a nice view. Big plus was the free coffee. If you want some peace and quiet this would be the place , although some voices can be heard from other guests when they're out. The host was very helpful in giving info and directions.

Nothing really, just the climb to the room because of its height from the street, but it's expected in Cinque Terre anyways.

    Beautiful room and balcony.

Lots of stairs;) but it added to the quaintness.

Suited us perfectly - good location, spacious bedroom with big outdoor balcony. Very clean and well presented. Host was very helpful, facilitating a smooth check in/ check out process and given recommendations for local area.

The beauty of Riomaggiore is amazing. The location is great, in a neighborhood known for vertical (stairs) travel. The place is comfortable, and staff communication is top-notch.

Beautiful little private patio that over looked the town and it was so nice to have a quieter space versus some of the other towns. Also the public lifts made it so much more comfortable to get around the city.

    No negative feedback

We loved staying here. The location was great, especially the view of Riomaggiore from the balcony. But keep in mind there are quite a few steps to reach the room. It was very comfortable and catered to all our needs.

Amazing view! The room was very comfortable and had all the facilities, including a very good air conditioning unit. I highly recommend reserving the parking lot, it's very well located and carrying luggage can involve a lot of stairs in Riomaggiore.

The lovely girl on arrival Carried my bag to the top of the stairs, amazing service with a smile, very helpful as well telling us where to head when we hit there!! Xx

It was excellent and had everything we needed.

Great location, close to center but far from the people and the noise. Accommodation is very confortable with some nice views. We stayed 3 nights and had a good time. Rooms are confortable, pretty and with aircon. The lady is nice and was helpful, she managed to find a solution when we had an issue with our mini fridge. Beautiful views of the town. Great place to stay when in Riomaggiore !

    All good

Great location in the small beautiful town of Riomaggiore. Helpful staff, helped us with parking and bringing the bags up the steep stair which leads to the apartment. Room seemed to be rather newly partly renovated. Ok size of a room and a area in front with chairs and table. Very close to all the reastaurants, close to the small harbour and the stone-beach. Beautyful small town in a beautiful but very steep hill which leads to the harbour. Loved Riomaggiore it is like being in a adventure and takes you back.

Very uncomfortable and stiff bed. Very small and old shower. Very, very small parkingspace in a parking garage, we have never had such hard time parking before even with the help of the staff, we did not move the car until we checked out because of how hard it was parking, with that said it seemed to be hard to get a parking space in the town and a big part of the town is closed off from traffic so it was great to have a parkingspace even though it was so small. There was construction noise on and off from about 8:00/8:30 in the mornings next door, the staff informed us that that they have asked the construction workers before to be more considerate but with limited luck.

Nice clean rooms with a lovely out doors space to relax after a day out. Quiet outdoor and indoor. Nice to have a small refridge in the rooms. Easy to contact the owner, and we got help with all our questions. Secure parking for our rental car. The perfekt place to stay in sweet Riomaggiore.
