Hotel La Zorza

The location was perfect. The room was adequately cleaned and comfortable.

It reeked of cigarettes. Bed wasn’t super comfortable and ac worked but not super strong.

Location was very good, staff was very polite. They kept our bags for a few hours, after we had checked out.

The electric kettle didn't work, and it tripped the circuit breaker. We turned it back on, so it wasn't a problem, but no water for tea.

The location is ideal for exploring the city, going to the beach and traveling through the villages. Very easy check-in with super nice stuff. If there were any problems, they were always willing to help.

Unfortunately, the bed was two single beds joined together.

I stayed at a lovely hotel Zorza in Riomaggiore, located in a truly prime spot – right in the best part of the village. The room was comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend it!

I love that it was the very first property upon exiting the train station. With how hilly the village is, I really appreciated not having to trek up and down. The bathroom was very nice, however the bed was not a double bed, it was two single beds pushed together. There is also no view to speak of, which is fine, but we couldn't even open our window shutters because the next building was about 2 metres away. So if you're looking for a view, this place isn't it. But we spent our day outside so we didn't mind. The room was very charming and rustic, they gave us high quality toiletries, the bathroom was lovely, and I also loved that the most happening bar/ restaurant in the village is part of the property.

This property was very clean and the room was big. The facilities were very clean, bathroom was big and the AC was good.

The staff was super. Easy to conversate with. Centrally located and easy for a quick coffee.

Noisy late at night. Nobody's fault but you can hear the party noise downstairs and other clients in other rooms. Headphones helped.

Centrally located. Fun to people watch from the third floor.

The bass from the music in the restaurant was loud.

Great deal! Love the bed (not so much the pillows though ?), clean ,tidy, friendly staff? it's very close to the center of the city & train station.

but the noise during the night.... terrible

It is as close as it gets to the city. You’re on the main road about 2 minutes from the train station. You get what you pay for. Nothing too nice, but just right!

You check in at a bar that doesn’t shut down till 12am. It’s extremely loud and there is no hotel staff. Coming from America, the safety to the rooms feels very vulnerable. The halls are open to the public and the locks are very small.

Location was great, not far off the train. Evenings are loud as you are on the Main Street- to be expected

It was a little hard to get our bags up the stairs - a little of climbing the steps ! Be in shape if you stay in Riomaggiore!! It may have been nice if the guy who worked there had helped us with our bags up to our room !
