Pros +
- Nice View parking availability
- Stayed in a newly updated room with an absolutely stunning balcony view of the ocean!
- The view was amazing from the balcony! I could sit and watch the ocean all day! If you have a car, this place is in a great location to access Cinque Terre. Also, breakfast was pretty good.
Cons -
- breakfast is very simple need to improve cleaness
- wifi was in and out
- I booked a room with sea-view (and paid extra for it), however the sea-view was kind-of missing. The room that I was given (no 16) is a room that has a balcony with sea-view (partially) but this balcony is at the end of a small aisle that is somehow separte from the rest of the bedroom and in the room that you sleep in there are no windows at all. In addition, the balcony had a nice view but you were only able to see half of it because the other half was basically the rest of the hotel (see picture). I was a bit (more) dissapointed with this room because I expected to have a lot of natural light and see the sea from my bed (as initial pictures were showing this), but I guess I was unlucky. In fact, right after I saw the room I looked up some reviews here and higlighted the same thing about this room. Probably the rest of the rooms look just like in the pictures because the hotel is located on a cliff and most rooms face directly the sea, it's just this room that is different. Otherwise, the whole stay was good, and I would ask the hotel in the future to not consider room 16 as a room with sea-view because it does not look at all like the one advertised. (To be clear: what bothered me the most was the lack of windows in the room and not necessarily the view of the balcony)

The location was gorgeous and the rooms very clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very tasty and with generous options.

The view was nice.
While technically located in Riomaggiore, it was nearly 2 miles outside the village proper. The room was also infested with mosquitoes. We had to leave.
Staff was excellent, amazing views. Easy bus access to & from to Riomaggiore. Very clean
Amazing view of the sea and good breakfast. Davide was very helpful, had information on park passes, trai.ns and bus schedules. There are 2 restaurants withing walking distance, otherwise you take the bus into Riomaggiore, the bus is free if you have a park pass
Excellent breakfast, view, staff. Very accommodating. They helped us do the laundry.
Wasn't clear how to get there. Also, there is not a lot of busses so you are stucked between schedules between 7:30 and 11:00 pm.
Staff incredibly helpful. It requires a short bus ride into Riomaggiore but the staff kindly printed us a bus schedule. It cost 2.50 euro per person but was incredibly convenient with trips almost every hour.
The facility is very old. No elevator but need to go down three floors for the rooms. No small refridglator is in stalled in the room even though there are only small restaurants around.
I booked a room with a "sea view" and what a view! The hotel is located on a cliff and the view the next morning was amazing! Very clean and practical, with a free parking, ideal if you intend to discover the Cinque Terre. The staff was very helpful with recommendations.
The view is amazing. Nice staff. Bed comfortable.
The shower was broken. Very small. Maintenance can and should improve.
Fantastic views! Room was spacious and very well maintained. Great to have a private balcony.
The staff was very friendly and super helpful. They recommended us ways of transportation and explained the difference between the different passes. Breakfast had a lot of varieties. The view!!
The bed was not very confortable but we still sleeped well!
The views from the hotel are awesome. David the owner is awesome, take his advice when visiting Cinque Terre. The breakfast was very good. Only issue was our room was an older room, the room was tired and needing updating. The owner told us he is remodeling all the rooms, some have already been done. Ask for a remodeled room
We got in late and so had no idea of the view - what a wonderful surprise upon waking! The rooms were newly remodeled, spacious and clean, with a large balcony. Breakfast was delicious with yet another view. The host was so helpful and arranged our hiking tickets for Cinque Terre. He also provided detailed self-check in instructions since we were late.
It was all good!
We visited during the offseason and enjoyed a peaceful, less crowded experience. The breathtaking ocean views surround you from every angle, with the soothing sound of waves creating a serene atmosphere. Ample parking is available for those driving, making your visit stress-free. Conveniently located near the stunning Cinque Terre, you’ll have easy access to charming seaside villages.
While the location and views were stunning, we were disappointed by the lack of soundproofing. The acoustic walls made it feel as though conversations from neighboring rooms were happening right beside us. This made it difficult to fully relax. Additionally, the bed was quite firm, which may not be comfortable for everyone. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer a softer mattress, this might be something to consider before booking.
The view from the terrace was stunning.
We were told when we checked in that we would have to go to the place up the road (~300m) if we wanted food or beverages. It was raining so we got wet on the way. No facilities in room to make coffee. No drinking water provided in room.
Great view from a great terrace overlooking the Med in a very modern, newly renovated, comfortable small hotel next to a national park.Very comfortable bed and a friendly staff made for a very good short stay.
Super helpful and friendly staff.Excellent breakfast, great choice and fresh/warm.
The hotel itself was lovely but the rooms let it down. The room was very clinical and white, a few pictures or soft furnishings would improve it a lot. Luckily we paid extra for a sea view which helped. The bed was very uncomfortable.
