- Rooms were spacious and clean
- Convenient location. Helpful, kind staff. Fun evening entertainment.
- We stayed 2 nights with our 2 small pets and we were all welcomed . We couldn't fault the hotel . When in the area we would certainly stay there again
Cons -
- The rooms have limited hot water, so only 1 person can shower with hot water. You need to wait 15 minutes between showers for the water to heat up again. Limited choices for breakfast and bread was not fresh. Parking is limited - only around 4 spaces directly infront of hotel on the public road
- The food wasn’t all that great in the evening.

The staff were all very lovely, the man that check us in, was really nice, not sure of his name, but my son thought he was cool
The rooms smelt of cigarettes
Close to the beach and everything you need , staff so friendly, breakfast and dinner ok, great hotel for a family holiday
No kettle in the room , rooms are outdated but ok, very little staff English speaking, in the evening bar not enough staff we need to wait so long for drinks. The pool is too small for the size of the hotel
Location
We stayed in the middle of June. During the week, the hotel was occupied only by children in groups. On weekends, instead of children, elderly people came in large groups. Thematic evening entertainment organized for them. I think it would be ok if the hotel would avoid offering rooms during this period that accommodate groups of children or the elderly. English is not spoken at the reception. The rooms could be renovated a bit.

Old and crowded
Nice buffet. Close to beach. Usual city facilities with reasonable prices for tourists.
Old furniture. Small TV. Weak WiFi ...
pool water is well maintained and clean. kids love the slide and bubble pool. Wifi passable, although you have to go to corridors to get full signal. Plentiful food, and varied at dinner, kids can try different types of fish every night.
Really not sure its a 4 star. Rooms are very dated, as are the bed sheets, and painted yellow/orange which makes you feel like you're in a hotel from the 90s. Its a bit of a shock as you enter to the reception which is very modern and shiny. Staff very rude at times and receptionists miserable. I got an eye-roll at the pool bar asking for a glass for my beer. Restaurant is absolutely manic and the staff don't smile. Breakfast is low quality and unhealthy. Everyone bumps into you getting to the food, they act as if its their last meal on earth, when in fact everything gets replaced so its ok to chill out a bit. Oh and if you buy wine and leave it numbered in their fridge, expect some tight guest to take it and drink it for themselves!!! Snacks and fizzy drinks at the pool are overpriced, so we went to spar up the road instead. Beers wine and coffee however are priced very cheaply, for a hotel. Pool area floor was incredibly dirty every day. Full of human hair and dirt. Hardly any entertainment to keep kids busy except a very tiny television in a room which they called the 'cinema'. Second time there and probably won't go back again.
Our daughter loved the waterslide and the location is good.
Very dated rooms, staff seems overwhelmed, there are way too many people staying there for what the hotel can handle. For example, there were very long lines to eat and waiting a long time for elevators was common. The food was terrible quality and it was difficult to find healthy things to eat.
Pool at the end of May was warm enough to enjoy ant refresh. The food on a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets has a good selection, without much exotics, mostly local Spanish and international. Very well cooked.Room facilities are a bit outdated and old-stylish, but was in good conditions.
Our flat TV in the room was a bit small, about 27" and there was only Spanish channels without smart TV options. On the fifth flour the WiFi internet was presented in the room with unstable connection.Few days were school classes on site which makes noise in the corridors up to the midnight...
very clean and friendly staff. good location and nice balcony overlooking the pool
For British travellers the lack of a kettle is a nuisance. Also the breakfast selection is very Spanish with a limited selection of cold cheese and ham, some cereals and pastries and toast. Fruit juices far too sweet probably with artificial additives. bBut we are in Spain and this style is very common.
Nice hotel , our room was on an upper floor with a view across to the sea . The buffet restaurant is large and very busy , breakfast is basic , we haven’t tried the lunch & dinner we always ate out . Good location .
Staff was nice, kids entertainment was fantastic, good. Size for the room
Food was good but for the people who like fish, some lunches was everything with fish,if you don’t like fish some days you have just chips for eat.Dessert was to poor .Too small restaurant and too hot.Long queues to go for lunch.Swimming pool was too small for the capacity off the hotel and water always dirty a lot flyers.
I enjoyed my brief stay. It was much better than expected and I had a great room with a pool (sea) view for a good price. The location is also excellent.
The food was a good standard and included in the price but had a limited selection for a 4 star hotel.
Very good location, friendly staff. Nobody speaks English in that town, but everyone invest a lot of effort to communicate. The hotel is very much loved by elderly, but fits young families too.
