1. the hotel categorically does not correspond to the 4-star level. 2. terrible breakfasts. 3. unpleasant smells in the room. 4. poor soundproofing. 5. the whole room makes an extremely uncomfortable and cheap impression.

Very quiet

Location, room, sight, furniture, bathroom, breakfast: under all these parameters (and more) and according to western European standards, a fair rating for this venue is below 3 stars, while the declared rating is 4 stars and the price is for 3 stars.

Spacious room with a great terrace. Very clean.Basic, but good enough breakfast - better than expected with Spanish tortilla, fresh fruit and good coffee. Plenty of free parking spaces in front of the hotel. Friendly staff.

Upon arrival we were told we had to take a room with a terrace as we were travelling with dogs, which came with a little extra cost - still, it was definitely worth it (great room with a great terrace), especially since the dogs were staying for free besides that. But it would have been nice to know this before.

Big and clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, 10-15 min by car away from beach, friendly staff

No designated parking space, which for a 4 stars hotel I would expect, toilette paper and toiletteires were not "refilled" in every room

The hotel is close to the town centre in just 7-10 min walking distance. Was easy to find, quick check-in, elevator worked well. Quite silent inside. Our room had a balcony - good option for smokers. Bath gel/shampoo/soap in place. Hot water all the time. Modern TV set with 24" screen. Wifi worked well.

Tea/coffee/snacks are not available onsite. Parking lots nearby were fully occupied, however it was possible to find one after several rounds. Very limited breakfast (no eggs, no vegetables, no salads, only cold meal options, bread, pastry, yogurts, cereals). Really bad coffee. Bathroom towels and bed linen smelled not good.

Staff! We spend new year night in this hotel, everything was good just the view from the room is quite depressing

Disappointing Even for 1 night

The First room was not as booked, there was a smell in the bathroom. I found the bin in the bathroom with garbage from prior guest. I had to insist changing the room which was granted after a lot of discussion. The Next room on 4th floor was finally what I booked (balcony). I want to add, that there is no hotel parking and Findling a space in the neighborhood is quite a challenge.

Really good value for money. Very central location, close to everything but away from the downtown croud, easy free parking along the street. Veeeery friendly staff, adequate cleaning. Standard, but tasty breakfast with fresh orange juice and coffee. Adequate size of the room, no problem with cooling.

Poor wifi signal, that desappeared every 3-5 min for 5-10 sec. Poor soundproofing, but this is common in Spain. In general, rooms need renovation, but still usable.

Very positively surprised by this hotel and location. Great staff and very good breakfast and a nice bar downstairs. The rooms were very clean and nice. We also had excellent food nearby. Can highly recommend the sushi at Tokami and "taco" wraps from a small place on the same square. Perfect stay for a road trip.

Some dificulties to find parking space

A very comfortable hotel with a reasonable price. At one point I showed up with a bicycle and they accomodated it even though they don't have a bike room. The breakfast was varied and good. The hotel was close to downtown but not right on it. Close to lots of grocery stores, a couple of bars, and the pedestrian route down to the beaches. It was a good pick.
