The room, view and location are ok. The Breakfast was amazing.

The distance to Barcelona is a bit too far.

Beachfront location, access to promonade along the beachfront, breakfast included, and balcony were things I liked.

Easy to find, nice rooms, lobby dining area and pool areas were all very nice looking and clean. We would see the beach on our balcony from our room and it was also beautiful. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was delicious

The air conditioner would not cool the room, but since it wasn’t hot weather we were fine.

The coffee for the breakfast was instant coffee. They should add real coffee (beans)

We can see the beach from the balcony however you have to walk to it It s not like the one in Calafell it s just few meters and you can even listen to the wavesHowever the scenery is amazing

The staff at the reception is very friendly, the room is big en the bed is good.I was lucky with a room not being above the Saturday night party place at one side of the garden (to avoid at all costs)

The food is far from 4 star quality, I would rather rate it canteen quality and then even Ikea does better :/ Maybe the manager can book a few nights in the Crowne Plaza to compare his canteen with actual 4 star quality!

Location was great, a stone throw away from the beach. Nice beach. Not too busy.Staff really nice and helpful.

Too expensive for the offering. Rooms a little outdated, the one I got anyway. Did not look like any on the pictures.

The room enterior is a bit worn down. Water is running out of the shower every time we use it, the whole bathroom floor is covered with water after taking a shower.

I have been told that a welcome coffee pad is only given to the guests with front sea view! what is this policy ? what a very poor hotel management. A shame for a so called 4 star establishment.

On the sea front.

Bus loads of seniors, loud music in the bar, but also loud in the rooms untill after midnight. If your into boozing it up and over 65 this is your hotel! This chain of hotels provides a good free breakfast with lots of options with large rooms and terraces.

The hotel looks like the pictures, the food good and plenty of choice. We had a sea view room and the view was great.Room clean simply decorated, table and chairs were missing from the room.

Unfortunately, on the date we were there - the second half of May 2024 - there were renovations going on all day in front of the hotel at the beach entrances and it was very noisy. Large construction vehicles were driving along the beach like a motorway from morning until evening, which made it impossible to stay on the beach. No one from the hotel informed us about this before our arrival. When I went on holiday I planned to relax and be on the beach. Unfortunately, due to the construction work and the associated noise, I was unable to relax on this holiday and we left the hotel four days early. No one at the hotel offered us any compensation for the shortened holiday due to the huge noise by the ongoing construction work around the hotel.We were also very disappointed with the town - there is absolutely nothing going on there - a terrible boredom.This was our worst holiday.

Helpful staff, great food, next to a beach.

Everything was excellent

The room was clean, with amazing sea and pool view. Breakfast was good but lunch and dinner were very very delicious with a various choice. Great location and kind staff

I was missing fresh cucumbers and tomatoes on breakfast. We stayed in the another 4R Playa Park in Salou and there the breakfast was proposing bigger choice but this one was also good.

Super close to the sea and huge beach. We had a double room joined with by a door which was ideal as we had our teenage daughter with us. It was walking distance to the train. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and there were some activities planned for the kids.

Breakfast is good. Only vegetables were missing, the only available vegetable - tomato. The location is excellent.

There is very loud music in the evenings. It is not possible to go to bed earlier than 23:30. The pool is not heated, the water is cold.
