Nice hotel next to the beach line. Good spacious room , comfortable bed. SPA with terma swimming pool. English speaking staff at reception. Inside parking ( 20euro)

Poor breakfast . Same stuff every morning. Powder omelette, no vegetables, lousy coffee etc

The smell. From the moment we entered the lift & all along the corridors there was a very strong smell of bleach. It was quite unpleasant. Bath didn't work ( jets/ jacuzzi) . Bathroom fixtures ( shower ) could do with updating. Whilst plentiful in choice, a good cup of coffee at breakfast is needed. The machine coffee and / or tea leave much to be desired. A kettle/ tea/ coffee making facilities in the room would be a welcome addition.

Room nice view, nice recepcionist mostly the blond woman, she was very kind & helpful.

3 things, breakfast, breakfast is ok but the salon is quite messy, everyone is lining for the coffee machine when there's actually better coffee on the other side, the toast is next to the tables of the guest, bad distribution but nice. There were no fuet or jamón which is quite strange since it's the most typical thing in Catalonia/Spain, no garlic either or some gluten free options, there was a fly in the soy milk and nobody took it out even if they saw it. 2nd is I asked for an hour of late check out paying but they didn't wanted to give it to us, they didn't even bother looking for it, they just told that it's not possible, am a recepcionist too so I know how these stuffs works. 3rd , no slippers, no extra pillows, no toothbrushes, why is the hotel facility so poor? Toothbrush and toothpaste is a must-have , even in a 1 star hotel has better, they didn't told us that they ran out, they said they don't have that,Even the bathroom itself doesn't even have plastic on the trash bin, the bathrobes are so small, not very "gordo-friendly" :D at the checkout they just told us to pay €9 for the swimming caps , no formalities and so on. As a receptionist I don't think that's how u treat the guest. We are at least thankful to the blond lady who made us the check in, she was very very nice and made us feel welcomed, I don't know her name though.

The breakfast was really good and you also get a lot of options.

If your room is pointed to the Main Street be prepared to hear people outside . Which is normal as you have a bar downstairs.

I did not make use of the thermal pool given the season but I believe this is a plus in winter time. Staff at the reception was very kind.

Disappoiting low quality breakfast. Outdoor pool completely in the shadow in the afternoon and overlooking an apartment block. There was no kettle/coffee machine in the room. We had a room on the side of the street and there was a lot of noise from a group of young people until late on Saturday night.

The excellent reception staff and cleaners. It was spotless.

It was missing a bar or lounge area

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa facilities were excellent. The location was near to the beach and local bars and restaurants. Restaurant waiting staff very nice too.

Would have been better if rooms provided with tea/coffee making facilities. Unfortunately for the majority of my staff only one coffee machine was working in the restaurant with long queues at breakfast

Very nice hotel. Excellent location close to the beach. Just 7 minutes walking distance from the train station. The food in the restaurant was good. Friendly and helpful staff. The indoor pool was really nice.

The third bed in our triple room was a movable one.. It was comfortable, but smaller than the other two.

Friendly service, food excellent value. Spa very good. Clean and safe environment throughout. Restaurant staff pleasant and professional, very good food, fresh and vide variety of foods, seafood and salads and desserts.

Perhaps a bar area as the atmosphere was congenial and staff were all so professional, could easily have a lounge bar with music.

ROOM : Noisy from the street at 1.30 at night - we called eception about noice and she could not help obout it.and we have some insects in our room and bed . Fotos - problem with garage parking (bad thing) we could not reserv it at the booking time. grrSPA: We did not use itBreakfast : hm Not very good for the 4 star Hotell..... actualy it was Poor..

The hotel was really nice. The room was confortable and quiet even though it was facing the pool. The hotel offers many wellness services that are worth trying. Very good service. The buffet is lovely. The staff are very helpful

The size of the room was good.

The hotel was a disaster. Is is supposed to be a spa hotel. The spa was so full of chlorine (a man spraying chlorine) it is unkept. We could not use the steam room or sauna. The next morning we tried to use the spa and everything was closed including the gym. The reason to go there was for the spa, we live in Barcelona and had 1 night away. The receptionists (women) were so rude.The aircon didnt work and we told the receptionist and she basically said we were lying.At midnight we spoke to another receptionist (a guy) and he came to the room and moved us to another room, which was crazy having to move everything at midnight because, they couldnt do this earlier.In all it was so stressful, I would have preferred to stay in Barcelona. For this I am asking for a full refundThanks

Great spa and pool facilities. Very good breakfast selection.

Check-in. Confirmed I would arrive at 14.00pm. Room not available until 16.00. Wasn't offered a drink during the wait.

Rooms are clean and well equiped. Pool was very nice too. Also personnel was kind and attentive.

Breakfast quality, particularly with orange juice (there is just this one) and coffee. Breakfast service can be better organized, there is clearly a lack of personnel. Parking costs 15e per night, this is simply abusive. There is no service room, I was not able to get a bottle of water, I needed to get it from a vending machine. Check-in was a bit chaotic too, there is margin of improvement there.
