The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was also great, right in the centre of the town.

There's definitely room for improvement. The bedroom wasn't particularly clean (found someone else's hair on our bed, and the bedroom floor was quite dirty), and if you're unfortunate to have someone else's room above yours you will hear everything they do - sound isolation is a real problem.

Simple, clean, relatively cheap hotel in a good location.

Setting in a small mountain town of sant Hilari sacalm. For a great deal the hotel is very personal, staff is incredibly friendly and nice people. I only speak English and they helped me a ton. Made a friend of one of the staff and had some good food from their homemade restaurant onsite.

No AC, not alot of things to do in the town on weekdays. Things around town open late.

The room: minimal, rustic, and extremely hygienic. all the appliances are new, the guest can ask for a precise room temperature.

When asking for breakfast there’s 2 options:- 3’90€ coffee & pastry - 9€ The same above plus “local” cold sausages and cheese. As the price was very different, we chose the 9€ option expecting a copious breakfast because we had a hike later. The 5€ difference doesn’t worth! We where offered only 1 slice of each kind. very disappointing. We should ask for the cheap option and go elsewhere to buy a sandwich. THIS IS THE ONLY thing we didn’t like. The rest of the services in the hotel are very satisfactory.

Good location, very friendly staff. The room was cozy and spacious. We had Junior suite that was for less then 100 euro. Parking is free of charge - you have to park on the street and there are a lot of free places.

There is no fridge and tea pot in the Junior suite room. As the reception is closed after 23.00 no possibility to have water for tea.

Very Nice room, the Junior suite. Full of details. 100+ year old building . The room of the kids was a bit smaller but Nice also.All the old pictures give a Nice atmosfere. The breakfast is really good, all inclusive.The suite goes for 248 euro's for two nights; In my opinion that's a bit high.Staff is super friendly, coöperative and flexibele with check in.

Price through booking.com is a bith high . Bed was a bit hard for us.

We had special conditions why we ended up here, but what I a surprise! The mountain views in the AREA (not from the hotel) are perfect. Its like living post cards everywhere you look and there are not enough spots to park and just enjoy the views of the extremely beautiful suroundings! Hotel felt more like german alps than Spain, simple but nice and clean. Beds ok and service very fast and nice!

It was hot, and airco would have been nice during the night. A bit tricky to find parking, and being in the middle of the village views (from our side) was not great.

Great location, friendly staff, they fulfilled all my request, some of them asked with little anticipation. Breakfast was awesome.

The receptionist was super friendly, the room was clean and warm the bed comfortable.

Maybe a bit thin walls but that's expected. Absolutely no sound from outside. We liked everything else.
