Pros +
- Breakfast was OK. Nothing special, but good with reasonable choices.
- Hotel with character located on the Castle grounds. Big room with large bathroom, good breakfast.... Bar and restaurant located just next door with very good food . Would recommend ?
- I have stayed in the grounds of the castle before. It is amazing location. This particular hotel is 3* and it is ok. Building and rooms are a bit older. I has a lovely meal in Zamkowa restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- We had a private terrace. Place was nice with a hint of old. Problem was that the view from it was directly looking onto a courtyard full of trash bins. Not a good site.
- Good size room and good size bathroom, tasty breakfast
- You need to pay for every action of the personal. My problem was resolved only via booking support

Right next to the Książ Castle, pretty tasty food at the restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff.
Very outdated room, uncomfortable bed, poorly sealed windows.
Excellent location of the hotel. The case when you look at the history of this castle not from the outside but from the inside.
What is surprising is the slight disregard shown by the staff towards both the clients and the castle complex itself.A special moment that is especially striking: they try to make money on any little thing, even if it looks stupid or inappropriate. In my case, I was forced to pay an additional 2 times for parking. The cost of parking is not high: 40 zlotys (~10 euros) per day (24 hours). But the countdown starts at noon. So if you arrive before 12:00 and leave later - you pay for 2 days. In my case, it looked like parking was included in the price of the room, and then I paid for it 2 more times, although I was there for ~19 hours.:)
Location, staff, pet friendly
Dark room, poor breakfast options
Location and really comfortable bed. The building is magical. I appreciate you accept dogs ?
The breakfast was not the best I must say.
Amazing location and wonderful, welcoming and helpful staff. My advice for families with young children is to contact the hotel directly to discuss your expectations about the apartment (photos on booking.com are showing many different apartments)
Our apartment had some issues which I reported
Amazing to walk around the castle and grounds, and staying in former castle buildings was a great treat. Staff was especially nice, from the young woman who checked us in to the night restaurant manager who did everything he could about a barking dog.
Unusual problem w a barking dog a few rooms away, but owners returned at 2200 and everyone was happy. Hot water for shower took 10-15 minutes to arrive, but was plentiful and hot once there.
It is not only absolutely spectacular place. the hotel itself is very close by so you can see the Castle while you have your breakfast or morning coffee. Our room was very spacious with a large bathroom. Nice breakfast with vegetarian options available (I reminded the staff just in case but it wasn't a problem at all)
I seen only 2 out of 30 cats living in the place! Joking - everything was perfect.
Breakfast was excellent, facilities were great
Bedroom was quite spacious unfortunate practically not usable. Instead of chairs there have been 2 stools without arm and back support, therefore seating for extended period of time was impossible! Bed is located in the corner of the room, two sides (head and right side) are placed against the walls and the right-side bottom of the bed is partially blocked by the desk! Since the room is for double occupancy, the only way for the second person to get on or of the bed when the other person already sleeps on the left-side, is to cross over the person on the left! (I slept on the left-side, had to go to the bathroom during night, so I decided quietly slide down to the bottom of the bed, unfortunately I did not get to far before I hit the desk!). There are no light switches close to the bed and there are no reading lights around the bed so if you want to read or check your itinerary you have to do it at the desk.
Glorious setting. Simple but friendly and welcoming
No bedside light
Is beside the castle
No air conditioner, during the day it could be very hot
Room and terrace was beautiful. Staff was very kind and helpful.
Bathroom could be renovated. Shower was little broken.
Very charming place, in one of the old buildings around the main castle (probably used to be servants house). Situated on a slope, surrounded by forest - relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant downstairs open long, good breakfast and dinners. Great value for a stay right next to one of the top attractions in the area.
Such a good opportunity to stay so close to a huge castle! Thanks to that we had the chance to take a night castle tour and just walk around and enjoy the area in peace. The accommodation is a basic hotel room, nothing bad to say.
Location
The sockets in the room did not work, appliances could not be recharged and the fridge did not work. The shower door did not close. The room smelled bad and the mattress also had a very unpleasant smell. The window overlooked an area where smoking was taking place and the room smelt of cigarettes.
The surroundings are absolutely phenomenal. A castle itself, like many others, but the surrounding views and nature are fabulous. You can also visit the stud farm and the underground bunker built by the Nazis. I definitely recommend it.Hotel: very cooperative and nice staff. Breakfast until 10 a.m., checkout until 11 a.m. The room we stayed in was in former old castle utility buildings. Disabled people may have difficulty moving around the area.
Our room had a 1-star standard.
Amazing location allows you to comfortably settle in and leisurely explore both castle complex and Ksiaz landscape park (which is a must!).Checking in early is a real treat after a long travel and I truly appreciated being able to do that. Overall very pleasant and friendly service. Also great to have a restaurant at your doorstep, offering good food and drinks at reasonable prices. Breakfast was well enough with couple of hot dishes and cold buffet.
