Aviator Hotel Restauracja & SPA

Excellent! Clean, great location, good parking, great breakfast.

Location friendly staff and clean room nice breakfast

Bedding could be better pillow is very flat, tv is located in awkward spot , loose screws in shelving and coat hangers and similar issue in bathroom makes you feel uncomfortable to use it.

Breakfast was sufficient, good variety of food. Room was very spacey. Restaurant available in the evening. Good place to rest. Elevator present.

Magnetic card was not working for our room door. Reception gave us a spare key...

This hotel is in a good location, and I was able to get an Uber or public transportation easily. The room was very clean, and the staff was very accommodating. I was traveling with my elderly mother and the first room we were given was in an adjacent building with no lift. We were given that room out of courtesy because there was a wedding reception that weekend and this room would be far away from the festivities and noise. But, since my mother could not use the stairs, the staff were quick to find another room for us in the main building with a lift, and they put us at the end of a hallway as far away as possible from the noise. We really appreciated the extra thought put into the room location and the courtesy of finding the quietest room possible. The reception was indeed loud, but we could not hear it in the room when we went to bed, and it was no bother at all. It was actually nice to see everyone dressed up and having a great time when we arrived at the hotel that evening! By the way, the reception room was beautifully decorated if you are thinking of a space for such an event. The bed was a little hard for my liking, but I'm spoiled with a temper-pedic bed and it's hard for me to get comfortable anywhere outside of home. I do want to stress that the room and bathroom were very clean! For breakfast we had many options, and the coffee machine was great. We were there for 2 breakfasts and each morning we had some of the same options and some new ones laid out on the buffet. Everything was presented nicely. I would definitely stay there again and want to emphasize that the staff was really wonderful and did everything they could to make this a pleasant stay for us.

Nothing negative to report!

We booked apartment and it was great. Very spacious room, big bed, sofa and what I loved was beautiful bathroom, bigger than usual hotel bathrooms. Staff was helpful and polite at any time of the day and night. I really recommend it. Location is great as it is in a city centre with easy access to everything.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. They helped me a lot as I don't know Polish. Housekeeping was great + laundry service.

Bed, bed and again bed. Cover in mattress was horrible, and also you could hear all the nuances of sex of neighbors.

Location and cleanliness is good.

i didn't like bad, it was awful. They use very hard covers for mattress, which usually is used for kids not to allow the pee to access the mattress. is it suitable for hotel and for adults???

Breakfast was excellent....

The Spa was out of "order" tho , it was advertised on the Hotel Web - misleading advertainment.

The worst stay at an hotel we have ever experienced!

It was a tiny room with a small window, like a jail cell. And they were having a party that kept us up all night.. The room was vibrating because of the music and the screaming guests all night, till 5 o’clock in the morning!! We didn’t close an eye! Called the reception twice but they weren’t going to do anything about it.. it was the worst stay we have ever experienced!

Excellent location Good value for money

Definitely need a better shower- current one flooded the entire bathroom Needs proper aircon- little fan was not good enough

Location is good. Nearby are many shops. Everywhere you can walk by foot.

My room was above the smoking area. I can't open the window because smoke come into my room.

Fantastic breakfast and very professional and friendly receptionist. Quiet Room, was cleaned every day and water bottles supplied as well.

Thin walls, I could hear people next door having "good time" ?. Pillows not firm enough, rather poor quality polyester.

cleanless, tastety breakfast

no electric kettle in room, broken bed, very loudly in the room- could hear another guest talking and the cars on street.

Very good breakfast, friendly staff with

The bed was small and the duvet small

Warm and peaceful placeAwesome restaurant with terrace

Small and uncomfortable bed

Good location, plenty of parking, very friendly staff and great restaurant

Hotel is heavily worn, even though the staff and kitchen is great, but the building is horrible :) sound insulation from the street is extremely bad as there are some "ventilation" holes so everything is coming straight to the room. Also, the proofing between rooms is non existant. There was a couple next door which were talking till early morning and then at 5 started the shower routine. Literally had 0 sleep. Also, the light switches are at the door only, so had to use phone to light the way at night...

Noise from the restaurant at the 3rd floow goes to the 2nd floor

Comfortable room and clean room, welcoming staff and really nice restaurant

Nice breakfast, plenty to choose from. Room and bathroom were spotless, modern and comfortable. Free car parking.

Noisy

There was some kind of party going on in the hotel until 2 am, it was very noisy and it was impossible to sleep.
