The grounds were beautiful, the gorgeous marble. The size of our bathroom, it was all lovely. A pool at our disposal. Lovely breajfast. Nice restaurants nearby Ponte de Lima close all was magnificent. Oh, and the chocolate yum.

The machine that we used in the morning to get cappuccino was mostly milk.That was the only downside I could find.

Cozy but not splendid. Very nice recepcionist but we waited a wile until he came.We paid for breakfeast bit it was nothing special, but everything clean.

The (small) size of the room, some spots on the door near the very small brathroom.

The double bed room we stayed at 104 had plenty of space good sound proof and a large bathroom. It looked great.

Original bedroom outside the main building. There was some noise issue with the next door house, but the receptionist promptly resolved it. Thank you!

Stuff are very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was the best in our trip this time. Definitely wanna come back and stay a couple more days!

Great room, lovely staff

Breakfast could have been a bit better, particularly for people with intolerances (gluten free, etc). Shower door was half broken but they said they'd look into it when i left (i was there for one night for a wedding)

anna was amazing with our checkin and she helped us get dinner sorted as it was a Sunday. we were very tired and stressed from our camino and she was extremely helpful with whatever??? we had, such great service. will def recommend your hotel to friends

This place was excellent and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The parking lot is small, so I had to park on the street. However, the streets are very quiet and feel safe.

Location, easy to park, the breakfast although there is not an immense variety of food the quality is very good!

I did not like to have to carry my suitcase up the stairs, it is not described in the add of the property. The bedroom was very small, the hallway makes a lot of ecco so it can be very noisy with the arrival of the other guests. I felt the pool is too small for the amount of people in the property.

We only stayed one night so it wasn’t an issue but our room was really deep into the building with little to no natural light or view

Breakfast could be better if, juice is of higher quality, bacon would be nice to have, and some typical products like chouriço, enxidos or smoked ham.

The hotel is located close just 10 minutes away from Ponte de Lima, a gorgeous village in Portugal. It has a nice swimming pool and outside area, plus a good breakfast. The staff were lovely.

The shower wasn't great - not enough pressure, the water was barely warm and the temperature fluctuated a lot. The room has a glass door and windows to the corridor, if you want privacy you'll have to close the curtains and then you will have no natural light. The room was too hot during the night, despite it being cold outside, but we couldn't open the windows or door. The air conditioning was way too cold even in the highest temperature and lowest power setting.
