The property is clean and good instalations. Offered an upgrade to the room. Vera good Service. All the Employees are sympathic and usefull

Very comfortable bed.

Many things were not working in the hotel. Broken elevator, broken hot tub/Spa.. Telephone did not work in the room. No place to eat dinner, restaurant was closed.

Far away from Tui, close to industrial facilities. The restaurant staff was not very kind nor helpful. I did not like the decoration either.

Clean and comfortable. We arrived in the evenings of the electricity outage in Spain and PortugalWhilst walking the Camino. The staff coped very well and the hotel had a generator and we were able to continue as normal . The restaurant was excellent! The food outstanding! Bed linen and pillows excellent. Bed comfortable. Room had a kettle!

My husband didn’t like the mattress . It was a memory foam mattress and make you very hot sweaty.,

Beautiful facility that was serene and lovely. I had a lovely dinner where I got to grill my own ribeye slices at my table.

It’s not in the best location - quite a walk for a Camino pilgrim.

Very long walk off the Camino. Rooms were noisy, unable to heat room due to air conditioner not able to be adjusted. Large room but, felt extremely empty. Was quite expensive, not value for money. No facilities in room to make coffee or tea.

The staff was Amazing.. can't say anything less than that.. the restaurant downstairs was also really tasty. all in all a good place..

Everything was fine... But just a quick reminder to pilgrims doing the Camino.. it is not on the path... Just keep that in mind...

Good breakfast with a variety of bread, pastries, fruit, cold meats and cheese.

It was inconvenient that the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms. The hotel does not provide air conditioning between the months of October to May, even theough they claim that they do on the Booking web site. The location was not attracitive, now close to anything, and expensive. We were able to book with anther hotel after determining that the 90 degree temperature in the room was not going to be taken care of at a hotel on the ocean that included a full breakfast for 20% less per night (better location, services and cost)

Its a simple hotel, good to stay if you are in a rush. But it was somehow very noisy when we slept there.The breakfast is good for the price, not a luxury one, but you get to eat well anyway.

During the night I was awakened by dogs barking several times. It was difficult to fall back to sleep.

the advertising photo of the hotel has a swimming pool - it really exists, but no one tells you that from October the season is over and the gates are closed. It is also not known in advance that the restaurant will not work on Sundays and bar is closed too..

Nice rooms, clean and functional

Unfortunate night stay, first we assumed we could deviate from our Camino walk and get to the hotel, we had to walk back two Kilometers and then again two Kms to reach the hotel in the middle of nowhere, not the hotel’s fault though.To be fair we ignored the road sign for the hotel thinking we could reach it from the Camino. Then when we reached the hotel restaurant, cafeteria, pool were closed, and we were told no breakfast available for the Monday, not very cold drinks available in machine in lobby. Fridge not working in one of the two rooms, wonderful to have a jacuzzi in one of the rooms, but not working.We spent 25€ in taxi fares for dinner in Tui. I was upset, when you walk all day and find no facilities open, it’s no fun.
