Letsos Hotel

The facility was very clean, the staff were very friendly, the location was good, and there were nice amenities.

I didn't like paying for A/C or the gym separately; it should be built into the price. It felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed.

Great location with an excellent swimming pool that has a restaurant & bar. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help.

Not necessarily a negative, however finding a parking spot can be challenging (which is typical for the whole island), however we were able to squeeze the car in without a problem.

The hotel is 4 star and you have to pay for air conditioner ?

Great pool, we also could use additional pool accros the street if we wanted something more quiet. Great stuff at the big pool, food and drinks so good!Amazng location 3 min from Bocca beach bar. Good for families. Very good in fact

Terrible that breakfast is from 8:00 unitl 10:00, gets so busy. Need to wait in line to get food and after you finaly get your food there is not empty table that you can use. I think stuff need to have at least 3h breakfast for that many people. Food was just ok.

The weather

-The room was very narrow, did not have much space, and was poorly designed, as the sink used to block every single time.-reception is an ancient fashion- food is not great at all.. I ordered avocado toast, and it came with avocado mayo, which was disgusting- also, you ca t add an egg or something like that; it's standard - It is next to the main road so you will hear lots of noise. It is very poorly soundproof - the room cleaners are very loud at 7 am, which is unbelievable

the location was great, lots of bars restaurants and supermarkets right outside the hotel. beach was a short walk away. very central to Zante town and kalamaki beach. taxis we used were very reliable. we used one local taxi firm all weekend who was incredibly helpful breakfast was good. room was lovely deluxe family with an upstairs and downstairs.2 showers, 2 toilets. they come and take food and drinks orders from the sunbed.

hotel staff were ok. room was tended to everyday of a 3 day break but not really cleaned (used glasses and cups not replaced or washed) this wasn't an issue for us really. the nisos bar around the pool the staff. we're very friendly and helpful. although the hotel has had some very lovely upgrades it looks as though these have been done very quickly with lots of snagging issues. but if you look past this it really is a lovely hotel. This didn't ruin our stay and I am going to take my husband back here as I loved it so much

Our room was excellent; balcony with hot tub, 2 floors with newly renovated rooms, 2 bathrooms. The pool area is awesome, although the water in the pool was freezing (which it of course is end of October).

Breakfast was not good. The hotel seems to be renovating part by part, so there are parts, such as the reception area, which are in need of an update.

Our housekeeper was a wonderful lady. Always smiling and very attentive. But the rest of the staff were mediocre.

The entire building stinks like sewage. Our room has a really bad smell we had to endure during our 5 day stay. Not a good place to stay although it’s convenient around the shops. ?

The room with had had an outside private pool. Even though there were rooms surrounding us there was still a lot of privacy. Not a very busy noice place but still had restaurants and loads of shops around. Everything was really clean and the staff was really nice.

Even from the point of booking everybody (Yiota) especially was just so helpful and accommodating, our room was absolutely perfect. Loads of room and a hottub on the balcony! Many great days by the pool and great nights at the pool bar/restaurant. We will be back and would highly recommend.

The smell , they advertised for the room is not correct and for the facilities, oh and they literally charge for everything even an air conditioner and a turist tax ,pretty much everyone that stayed there got really sick

Lack of security and staff presence in deluxe apartments meant that fellow guests could do as they pleased, jumping from balconies into the swim up pool was most annoying and dangerous.

Great location for beach, shops and restaurants. Super friendly staff. Lovely private splash pool with my room.

Absolutely nothing.

We arrived ill from being in hospital, we had sat for hours not knowing where we would go because our holiday had ended whilst my daughter and I were patients. I booked a standard room and when we arrived the lady yiota seen the state of us and asked us if we would like a room we could see the pool. I said that would be nice because we were isolating. She actually meant a room with a private pool. I couldn't believe the kindness. People like her make the world a better place and not because of the upgrade but because of the empathy to our situation.

Can't say anything because we were isolating in our room and didn't even see the communal areas

No evening entertainment in the hotel, few pubs close by but not many

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was okay .

There wasn’t a lot of parking , so one night we had to park the car on the side of the road . The rooms were not as in the picture . Prior to reserving the room I contacted them via email to ask if the rooms were the same , they told me Yes they are . The smell in the bathroom was horrible. At night electricity would come and go . It’s the first time something like this happened for us at a hotel . The AC would stop even though we payed extra for it .

The staff is very friendly, especially in the restaurant. The chief lady at the reception desk is very friendly too. The location of the hotel is very good.

We were originally given an old room, but for an expensive extra charge, we could go to a modern, refurbished room. The breakfast was the same every day. The wifi is not very strong. The parking lot is small, sometimes it was difficult to find a parking space. Some staff members and guest were smoking around the pool which was very disturbing especially with our baby.

a great restaurant by the pool with the tastiest food and lots of options and good prices. beautiful bar with huge variety by the pool as well. good breakfast. helpful reception. amazing pool. swim up rooms excellent. perfect location.

as a Greek I islandhop every single summer. neverever in my entire life, nowhere, have I been charged extra for A/C, for this, and for that. just include them in the price and rise them so it doesn't feel like a scam. people travel with their own budget and not everone is prepared for suddenly paying extra for everything. there were not enough sun beds. everyone reserved them from early morning but still our towels were thrown to the ground twice. I wanted to start an actual fight for this but my children hold me back. hotel needs to fix this.
