Nice overall location with many facilities, 3 pools, children's playground, dining garden, all surrounded by trees and nicely arranged. The beach is at 7 mins walk. Good & diverse breakfast. Great staff!

The rooms are not exactly like pictured on the website, but quite nice. The towels were not exchanged frequently, just re-arranged.

The bedroom was spacious clean and very comfortable . The breakfast was delicious with lots of varieties. Staff vey attentive and price for all that is include is a bargain .

The facilities and the view of the huge mountains are first class! The pool is awsome! The breakfast is good.

Don’t be fooled!The problem is the poor quality of the rooms. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars and this is due to the fact that the rooms are not at all like you see in the photos! It is very very outdated.As you enter this hotel from the outer parking, you feel that you have arrived!! This is it!! This is a little piece of heaven on this island! Life is great! As you enter the lobby for check in, the feeling if luxury continues! Its modern and still it feels like old money!The problem starts when you first see the elevator and you open the door and step inside.You travel back in time…about 70-80 years or so!It has to be from the second world war! As you continue down the hallway you get the feeling that this is not the same hotel that you just saw from the outside and when you open the door to your room you sudenly start to panic. You my friend, have been scammed! This is not what have been promised to you, not at all!I could go into 20-25 details minimum how bad the bed is or the fact that you can not put away your clothes anywhere, or that the bathroom/shower is horrible or the fact that safety hazzards like the bathroom light switch is directly next to an electric socket that easily could give you an electric shock if you are not careful enough. The aircondition is a noncondition (does not cool the room at all) and it is super dirty. Or the fact that cleaning staff does not clean your room completely. The towels we got were like 10 years old, or that basic needs as toilet paper was not refilled.But what would be the use? When you see the facilities and the view, you will probably book it anyways! :) Remember my words though…its all a mirage and when you enter the room you will instantly feel that you are brought back to a different kind of reality. And a different kind of quality that you have paid for and that you feel that you deserve!But hey…at least the breakfast will be good!

Room was very clean all the time. Location was great, and breakfast was really good!

First night that I spent to the property our AC unit had a fault and it was leaking water right in the bed. Also the bathroom was smelling horrible from the sewer and it is no extractor fan or any window to freshen the air. I reported to receptionist and I received a Fan for the night, because it was really warm in the room, with the promise that both issues will be fixed the next morning! The next morning indeed AC and the bathroom smell was fixed, however in just 24 more hours the bathroom started to smell again. I chosen not to report it again because I knew it was no definitive fix for that! Bed mattresses are very very soft, and mine was deformed so bad that I had a back pain after first night. Reported to reception but they have same mattresses in all the facility. I was not expecting to have an experience like this in a 4 star hotel. I have chosen this place considering it is perfect for my Wedding Anniversary. In a 2 star hotel I got better services all around then here! I would definitely not come back!

Location of hotel was ideal, staff were very friendly and breakfast was good.

Room (304) facing the back was small, bland and quite dark due to no windows, just the door to balcony which again was small!As mentioned by previous guests the noise from dogs barking and the chickens is pretty continuos throughout the night and some of the day, this was the most disappointing part of our stay. They don't promote their own restaurant at the hotel, no menus displayed outside!

Even though there was a lot of variety at breakfast, quality of meals and products was very poor, also not very tasty, quite artificial.

The bathroom was far away from the level of a 4 star hotel.For dinner, usually there was no vegetarian option.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We could taste a little bit of the Greek culture. The hotel was simple, but very nice. The garden is charming and there is a nice panoramic view of the sea.

It is trick to find the hotel at night specially if you go by car because there is no signals. Make sure that you noted all instructions to arrive there properly before driving there.

Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choice. Staff were more than accommodating & very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely touch to be welcomed with a card & bottle of wine as we were on honeymoon.Great service with minibus shuttle to Zante town & airport. Nothing at all to fault. A lovely few days away!

"The cleaner replaced the towels every day, despite the signs encouraging environmental awareness and reduced towel changes. She only made the beds; we had to request mirror and bathroom cleaning at the reception. New coffee and water packets are not provided daily. The dinners are average and could be greatly improved; there is also quite a bit of confusion among the staff during dinner."

It was a cool oasis under the Pine Trees with a beautiful big pool.

The layout of the Suite we were in was a little impractical
