clean, great location, room was pleasant, breakfast was amazing!

I enjoyed everything that I used in the Hotel. Breakfasts, room, location in the centre of the city, the top level of the building where you can eat, relax, enjoy the view, and the car park in the building was exactly what we wanted.

The staff were all lovely, the bathroom in the room was exceptionally clean, well presented and mostly new. The breakfast was great and the facilities, pool and sauna were great. Rooftop bar looked fun!

Noise from gym equipment could be heard in the room and the room was a bit dated in the decor dept.

Members of staff were very nice, they accommodated our every wish. The hotel was clean, breakfasts tasty, and location perfect.The only thing I would say was that the water in the swimming pool was very cold, so we only used it for 5 mins during the whole stay.

Breakfast had great selection of food and drinks. Parking was inside of garage and price was reasoanble

The room was dirty, missing shower gel, not enough towels, the toilet wouldn't stop running during the night, the refrigerator that I used was super nasty dirty, single queen size bed was double two mattresses bed, blankets for the bed were small also, cigarette buds in the balcony area, table outside had burn marks and wasn't clean, tiles cracked, very uncomfortable layout of the room with a column blocking exit to the balcony, missing plastics on the patio doors. The morning was woken up by a smoke coming from the balcony where cleaning staff had conversations and smoke around 6:30-7:30 am.Got a lot of pictures, videos and will be placing review on Google to show how bad it was, I bet my 1.2 million views will decide by pictures.

Hotel near the old town, in a quiet place. There are excellent views from the window! Open terrace on the roof. Comfortable room ( bathrobes, fridge, safe, teapot, bottled water, nice mattress). Good breakfast buffet ?.Free swimming pool (small) & sauna - were additional pluses

Expensive cost of hotel parking

Location was good, rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of towels, gowns, slippers were provided in the room.Staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. Steam room was good too.

Food - its a very small town with very limited provision for food/restaurants made worse that it was New Years eve. Yet, on arrival, we were told that the resturant is fully booked and did not offer even provision of take away. This seemed poor as the Hotel ought to realise their paid guests might need food who may struggle to find any nearby. It was problematic for us especially given we had young children.Swimming pool - water was cold, so much so that despite several attempt, we could not use it, it was disappointing.We could not use massaging service either because it was fully booked, but no advance warning was given.

We liked the amenities at the hotel such as the bowling, pool, swimming pool and sauna. Great location.

The breakfast could've been a bit better and the food was always cold. There was no kettle or any tea/coffee service in the room.

Entertainment options for children in the hotel ( bowling, kids corner, air hockey, table tennis etc ).The food in the restaurant was good including the breakfast.The swimming pool in the 5th floor and the sauna ( we have not been to the sauna because our children don’t like it). Also there is a Thai massage salon ( we have not used it).We had a spacious one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen.

The reception / entrance area was not very inviting and it could be improved. The restaurant area was a bit outdated and we think the overall design of the hotel could be more modern.Please note that the parking costs extra and is not included in the price.

Staff was excellent, hotel had very nice breakfast and spa zone.

Great facilities for children. Amazing to rest in the pool and sauna. Breakfast was good. Views are great. The triple room we stayed in was very spacious and we slept very well. Reasonable prices

Hotel is big and we got lost a couple of times, signage could be improved. One of the lifts didn’t work

As always, hotel is a good choice in Legnica.

There is no sense to pay more for 4*, 3 * romms are pretty the same. Additionally this time, swimpool and sauna was not working what was the crucial indicator for me and there was no previous announcement on that. Anyway, I believe this was one single time problem and next visits will be as good as always.

Good breakfast with many options (sweet and salty). We really enjoyed the pool and sauna. Since the checkout is at 12.00, we even managed to use the spa on the last morning. Bowling in the same building- kids loved it!

The breakfast was good. It wasn't maybe on the same level as some other four star hotels I've stayed in in the past because the selection of foods was a bit limited (no baked beans, no fried eggs) but nevertheless everything was fresh and tasty. The coffee and juices were also great, a bonus was a selection of donuts which was actually a first in any hotel I've been in. The pool is nice.

First of all, there was a smell in the bathroom - a smell of old pipes or something. It wasn't super intense but it was enough to notice which was already a bit of a turn off. The TV was on the older end of flatscreen TVs and the reception was actually quite horrible (some channels were constantly being interrupted by some distortions). But there were two things which were the worst by far - first thing was the bed. It was incredibly unfomfortable (you could actually feel the springs), short (I'm 192 cm tall and my legs were sticking out quite a bit) + it was two single beds merged into one so sleeping with my love was actually quite terrible. What made it even worse was the second thing - the hotel has a club at the top and the music can be actually heard during the night!!! Because of that we couldn't fall asleep for like 2-3 hours and it made the whole next day absolutely terrible. The fact that there is an active, loud music club literally one floor above the rooms should be pointed out in big bold letters for any guest that visits in a hope to have a good night sleep before an important day of any sort. That made it the worst 4 star hotel experience for me and my girlfriend ever and by quite some margin unfortunately. The standard of the furniture didn't scream 4 star as well, overall I'd say we've been in 3 star hotels that looked better than this.Also - sauna is only for people who are comfortable with full nudity, which should be also pointed out, we were not so we coulnd't use it.

Very good price/value at the time of our travel. Parking on 3rd floor was exotic, but under the roof (paid 45 PLN for night ~11 EUR). Nice swimming pool with a view on 5th floor, sauna and roof terrace with a bar. Spacious room with AC (very important during summer time travel). Nice churches around the corner. Very wide choice for breakfast - good one. Large inner yard/terrace accessible from the room (and from other rooms on the floor). Friendly staff.
