While the location and exterior of the hotel are promising, the hotel feels neglected overall. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained, which is a shame given the potential of the property.The most disappointing aspect was the food. The buffet lacked variety and freshness, and the quality was far below what you'd expect from a resort of this category. I found the meals consistently bland, repetitive, and not well-prepared.The staff were polite, but even great service can’t make up for the overall lack of upkeep and poor dining experience.I truly hope management makes improvements, especially to the culinary offerings and maintenance, because the setting deserves better.

I stayed at Africa Jade Thalasso in Tunisia for 5 days and had a great experience.The room was very clean, well-organized, and nicely decorated.The staff was professional, friendly, and always helpful, ready to assist with anything I needed.The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the beach and not far from the town center.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing, and comfortable stay.

During my recent stay at Africa Jade, I was thoroughly impressed by the breathtaking beauty of the surroundings and the exceptional service provided. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the pristine sea, which was crystal clear and complemented by clean, white sand that felt soft and inviting beneath my feet. It was the perfect setting for relaxation and soaking in nature’s beauty.The food at the hotel was nothing short of fabulous. Each meal was a delightful culinary journey, showcasing a variety of flavors and fresh ingredients. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every dish was thoughtfully prepared and served with care.What truly made the stay memorable, however, was the staff. - Hotel staff does not knock, they just swipe their cards and walk in to deliver missing towels or a fruit basket or whatever. If you're half board be prepared to pay 10 euros for fries and 15 euro for a frozen pizza for lunch. The rooms are very old and rusty in some places, not fitting a 4* hotel. The slowest and worst internet connection ever in a tunisian hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is big and very relaxing, with a beautiful pool and direct access to a lovely beach. The staff were gentle, kind, and always helpful. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with great variety and quality. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in hidden gem of Tunisia. The beach and the scenery around the hotel is beautiful.

The hotel is overpriced compared to the facilities which are getting very old including bed sheets, bathroom, only one bin in the room and the fridge not Working properly. They don’t provide water kettle or anything like it as minimum considering the price of the room. The bath towels are also pretty old and not in good condition. Another example is something basic such as having salt and pepper on the table which was available to two or three tables at the restaurant and the waiter kept borrowing from client to client …the food at the beach bar is also overpriced not quality so better go out and get something from the restaurant nearby in the city. Been to this hotel in the past and it was really disappointing to see how it turned. The positive side is that the waiters and the staff are as kind as before but they seemed less caring like it used to be

We had a wonderful suite with an amazing view, overlooking the pool area and the sea. The room was very tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed and a nice terrace. The entire holiday complex is reminiscent of a lodge in Africa, the spa offers a variety of opportunities to be pampered and the beach invites you to take long walks. The breakfast buffet is varied and of good quality. The room service also worked well. The staff is helpful and tries to accommodate requests. We'll be back soon!

The property's beach is kept very well and clean. Sea is wonderful: clean and shallow. Breakfast variety is great, the buffet includes both traditional Tunisian and European items. The room and its bathroom are very spacious. Gardens of the hotel are very nice. It's not infested by European mass tourism, majority of the guests is local.

The hotel itself and its bars and restaurants are overpriced. Everything is multiple times more expensive than anywhere else out of the resort. There is a large number of children so the pool area is very noisy. Decoration is somewhat kitschy.

A unique and special architecture with indoors trees you the birds singing. Also tge decor around the pool the restaurant makes you feel relaxed. The room was spacious with large balcony. The beach is excellent and the sea so beautiful. The staff were very friendly. The food excellent. We had a lot of choices and for all tastes. We went towards local cuisine and it was delicious. A very good atmosphere. If you are looking for a relaxing and resting stay it is the right place. You need to go to Nabeul if you are looking for night entertainment than the city ofQorba. We also tried the Spa for basic massage.

Nothing worth mentioning. I noticed already they making new parking spots.

As always a very good experience at Africa Jade, it's my place to be. Everything is good with a special dedicace to the exceptional staff from reception to restaurant to the beach.The room was good and nice sea view, the food was great each day different menu also the beach menu is great.We got a very good weather so we enjoy the calm days at beach.

Just to add some amenities at the room as coffee machine and if possible at the bathroom the toothpaste and toothbrush
