Andersia Hotel & Spa Poznan, a member of Radisson Individuals

Spacious, comfortable room.Nice complimentary swimming pool with jacuzzi.Amazing breakfast, wide variety.

Very clean, large rooms, delicious breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub.

Good location, room service was good and quick

Glass bathroom without privacy

The breakfast was superb , variety of choices , excellent food and stuff was great, Prime location.

The room was ok , but there was a leak between the faucet and the sink . The stuff at the reception could be more serviceable .

good price , good location, clean room, good staff

The room was comfortable and clean and the gym was very well maintained and equipped. Location close to Old Town and parking underground was easy

View from the room, especially from the corner one, with huge windows. Good but overpriced parking

The hotel hasn't been renovated in a long time. Furniture looks outdated and quite used. Pillows were... Uncomfortable.

Clean, nice linens snd pillows, the spacious room. The furniture is not fresh, pretty old, but clean and functional.

The changing room in the spa area. It’s tiny, just two small benches for a lot of people including external visitors either children’s who comes for swimming practice. You just stay next to the lockers and try to change your clothes. It’s definitely not the level for Raddison group hotel member. The breakfast is poor as for this level hotel. The vegetables weren’t tasty, especially tomatoes… Wan’t choose for next time for this price.

Great location. It’s nice that is has a pool.

Everything looks old. Peeling wallpaper, cracking tile, the interior design is extremely outdated. The lobby is extremely uninviting. The rooms are large but inconveniently arranged (you can’t have both the closet and the bathroom door open at the same time, etc). Windows don’t open.

Location,breakfast, quiet,swimming pool,

Windows don't open in the rooms,1st room was hot and stuffy, swapped room to a cooler one,but air con did not work

Pool was great. Breakfast room and content of buffet was very good.Flexibility of personnel.

Double bed in our suite was very narrow.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Strategic location for visiting Poznan. Great breakfast buffet. The pool and sauna clean and relaxing!

Location is fantastic - just a few minutes from the old city. Our room was bright and comfortable, with large bathroom and and two wardrobes. Breakfast was excellent. Check in and check out process was fast, staff was friendly.

Darkness. Entrance in the hotel is dark, room definitely requires more light. Water temperature in indoor swimming pool is not enough for pleasant swimming.

Breakfast is very tasty and variety of food.Location.Bed and pillow.

I took this hotel because of SAUNA but it was disappointment for me. There are 2 saunas. One has 80 degree C and second cca 60. To be honest 80 degree is like nothing for someone who take it seriously. On the top of that the coridor to get to the saunas is full of water and it is disgusting. There are no backets of cold water neither cooling pool.

The executive suite was very comfortable with an exceptional view. The spa and wellness facilities were very clean and private. Last, but surely not the least, was the amazing breakfast which was always fresh and delicious.

Nice place with great service. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was cozy. I really enjoyed the food at the restaurant: tasty with a good variety. Also appreciated the quiet surroundings. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good

The hotel has a rule that the rooms are not cleaned. This is a 5 star hotel and they only clean by special request.

Breakfast options were limited for Vegans like me. I would expect more options for Vegans. Very good location and comfortable rooms. Good room size. Friendly staff.

No regular cleaning even after requesting at the reception.

The gym & pool

The dinner was not exactly as expected. They also did not have alcohol license

Good location, big size room,

The temperature in the room was too cold the first 2 nights, you had to ask for cleaning in your room each day which also meant no change of towels/toilet paper etc. if you didn’t ask for it, lack of staff in the spa area
